It was especially cheap😄 Normally, they would still be around 350-400yen for that size.

    My new chant:
    "Don't work hard,
    To make good Ramen."

      Haha. Thank you!
When it comes to Ramen, “you go out and eat or make yourself an instant ramen” this is a true consensus in Japan. Don’t bother making it from scratch!!🤕

Only 8 minutes to bake it? I cook mine by baking it at 200 C for 20 minutes. Then broil 3 minutes on each side. Your cooking time seems very short. Is it well cooked or is it still raw inside?

It’s fully cooked! I have a fish grill with heat coming from top and bottom. Maybe I should’ve mention that. Even for a bigger piece, I wouldn’t cook any longer than 12 minutes with my grill👍🏼
Just found out that fish grills in Japan goes up to 300 C in just 1 minute and could get as high as 400 C!! Then, I remembered your comment!!😁

Pan frying is no problem!! However, the pan will smell like fish for the next 3 days.
      The song is called SAKUYA4😊
