The better option is not mending your Constitution to stay in power until 2024 to support an oligarchy system where your "president" is nothing more than a figurehead while Putin has kept his prime source of power over Russia. Anyone with an IQ over room temperature can see this.

I understand that his position gives him access to things that the average Russian will never be able to have or do, but is there any evidence for what you are claiming. I have never seen anything that supports what you are claiming. The Panama papers are about rich people parking money offshore and his name is not mentioned there. So at least he does not fall into that category like so many others of our elites do.

Definitely a controversy here. They are rude not because they want to be rude but because they want to be straightforward and possibly persuade interviewee to think about some issues. It's about interview styles, I don't think there is a norm or rule here that prevents journalists to be straightforward and rude. If they don't like to be asked about sensitive questions then maybe they should not accept interviews with these rude journalists in the first place.

      @Lightseer23 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Автономная_сенсорная_ме..

Also, there is no perfect economic and political system to rule the world, democracy is not entirely terrible per se, of course it depends how one defines it. Blindly believing everyone should have the freedom to say or do everything does not make the world better even if it sounds AMAZING. Human beings are very COMPLEX, there is no doubt that we need rules and regulations to make ourselves behave while being able to voice out when things are not reasonable. Most leaders are actually very balanced and impressive on many levels. You don't suddenly get to be a leader of a wester democracy. Any of these questions aimed at leaders like Merkel, or Obama for that matter, would also lead to very thoughtful and balanced responses. The only person who isn't balanced like that, is Trump.

I have watched this a few times and have shared with many, too. How refreshing it is to witness journalists do their job as it should be done!
I feel the same about Putin as I have done for many years, even before this interview took place.
He is a highly intelligent man with very broad knowledge of many subjects. His understanding of geopolitics is also far superior to that of our Western leaders and politicians.
It is easy to understand the pride Russians have in their leader. I would be proud to have a leader like him. He surrounds himself with well meaning, balanced, intelligent people. The finest example being Lavrov, but there are many more. Having observed Lavrov over many years, it is my opinion that he is one of the finest foreign ministers and diplomats of our time.
Interestingly, he addressed his people today. Also worth listening to.

Both despise democracy, both are compulsive liars and both don´t feel any remorse for their crimes. Both don´t have a conscience.
The only difference: Putin is in power. Therefore as a dictator in Russia he could murder many Russian critics of him and many Russian opponents. And he could start a colonial war against democratic independent Ukraine.

The man is insane at recognizing his own weaknesses and how to overcome/persuade an audience to then reflect upon their own leaders. Honestly, Putin had to do something in order to dominate old Mother Russia in such a versatile way. Whether you agree or not, his methods are what I see of inmense worth to study from interviews like this. Props to FT for this upload.

Putin is one of the most compelling arguments to switch from a revolving door leadership into a permanent forward-thinking one

People are so naive. It doesnt matter in what he talking about and HOW. Doings is much more valuable and only on this people can give a mark. Thats how antichrist will come. Too easy, people easily brainwashed. But that fantomas is only good for cheatchat or sideshows. He suits only in that role. But he never did a debates and can not do, because he can not say anything value, because he is a lier. It is their lovely moment: manipulating to people and do nothing, talking some phrases for idiots and repeat a phrases from list what they gave to him by professionals. A lot of phrases or quotes from people in past. It is very easy to catch such a craps, professionals gave to him a speech, quotes, he learned it. That crook doing very well his "job" of manipulating, he living on this, it is his hypocratic life
