Exclusive Nas “Queens WXLF” Orion Remix
The Original Nas Queens Wolf song can be heard off his Lost Tapes 2 Album. I felt the beat didn't mesh with the verses and message Nas laced the track with. Much respect to the original song producer Dj Toomp who I'm a fan of, but as a Nas Fan I felt it needed a darker aesthetic to it. My mind works in a weird way and what made me do it was an event I was promoting for the homies Money Mogly and Big G who released an album called Cutler Wxlves. Since I was spearheading the Album release event I put this remix together as a promo on IG. I think I did an excellent job with it I'm happy with the overall result. My bassline could have been alil better, but I'm jus not into overthinking and over doing things these days. Just a quick hint at an easter egg there is a werewolf flick I sampled in this remix. Let me know if you spot it.
