If Eclipse setup is done from Admin user login and I would like to do we have access to this eclipse application from another user login. It is possible
have you followed same steps which i have mentioned, please remove all files related for eclipse from install director and downloads and try again. you need to download the launcher which help you to download the exact eclipse app

Notepad se ita efficient nahi kr paaoge efforts bhi jaada lagte h, i prefer any ide or vscode with plugins which supports javaa programming
