I purchased this item a few years ago at an estate sale for I think $7 which is quite the steal although you can get them pretty cheap now on ebay. I knew it was and old Gemmy item which is one of the only reasons I got it besides the price. I don't particularly care for the song, but the animation while not my favorite is fluid and still works perfectly which is great. As with all old Gemmy props he is very well made.
I personally don't mind when Christmas items have random song choices, it's more fun to be diverse with the songs if you ask me. I'm not saying it's bad to have your item sing Jingle Bells or Deck the Halls, Holly Jolly Christmas, ect, those are cool don't get me wrong, but I think it's fine to add in a little randomness. I love the Jump Around Penguins, Holiday Hip Hoppers Whoomp Snowman, Yuletide spinners Moose, On Strike Elf, and Shimmy Shaker Snowman, and those have random song choices, but the songs actually fit them, and I like items that sing Christmas parodies of already existing songs like the Holiday Hip Hoppers Jiggy with it Santa, Jump Jingle Moose, and Peppermint spinning snow woman. Though there are some that could barely count as "Christmas" items, examples being the Hairstyle llama, Pop & Lock sloth, Darling dancing Highland cows (minus the Tractor supply one), Belly Shaker Cow, and Darling dancing dapper Corgi, I like those items, but I won't deny that they're basically everyday items.
@@darthsidious47 Honestly come to think of it, most of my favorite Christmas items happen to be ones with Christmas songs, I still stand by what I said though.

Yeah for me personally I'd prefer my Christmas items to have only Christmas songs.
