- This is the original video of my Gemmy Pop Culture Series Collection from the original G.M.A. channel. I managed to save it to my files on my computer, which is awesome because this video took a long time to make. There will be a second Pop Culture Series Collection video in the near future consisting of basically the complete collection plus doubles!!! So that's who manufactured the Rocky Balboa figure. I might have known. My late-fiancée bought Rocky for her oldest son who is an aficionado of the film series.
15 years ago I bought the Louis Armstrong and ALMOST bought the Hank Jr at CVS store in Kansas City. They had a TOn of them and couldn't sell them. I think I paid $10 and now they're worth a lot more.

It's an era of collectibles I WISH I grew up with- despite how some of them in this video sound fuzzy because of the laugh bits- it's nice to watch what was once I big deal to people and who these Pop Culture Figures represented.

Actually it was kinda not a prototype cuz it was out to buy for one day.
It was not released because they didn't get the licensing for it, so if it was on eBay that was the prototype and the only one.
Nobody bought them. Gemmy owns the three that exist.

Not to often, in 2016 they were popping in a bit, I don't check anymore though sense weve been done with this series for awhile now, the Christmas ones are very common

Gemmy fan actually the Christmas ones are way overpriced on ebay. The cheapest is 29 bucks and the mouth of course is broken.
Ya I know, they are common but people think they are worth more lol.
Kinda like buddy big leagues people think there worth more than they are but there worth just as much as a rockin randall.
I paid $70 for mine and the hips had a split gear and the mouth broke when I activated it.

Do you guys do repairs for other people? My 4 year old discovered your Channel about a year ago and has been collecting them ever since. He now has 13 animatronics from the pop culture series. All of them were purchased through re-sale either through eBay or Facebook marketplace. Most of them do not have working mouths and we would like to get them fixed. Do you have any suggestions on where I could possibly get them fixed or if we could ship them off to one of you guys to have them fixed?
