Can someone please guide me what it means to pronate from the base of my thumb. Most of the time when I am pronating I feel pressure on the Mp joint of thumb. Even Mr Brzenk says that pronate from the meaty part of your thumb but I am pretty sure I don't understand the contact point of my thumb with opponent's hand.
What would you recommend for side pressure conditioning for a pronation based puller? I can hold center and feel way stronger than the other person round one but once my elbow blows up I lose a lot of power. I'm going to attempt to not hold and actually go for the pin (if I'm not worried about losing my wrist) but I've said that in the past and it hasn't happened yet.
What’s a good dragging style of arm wrestling? Context: I have had 3 practices with a club. Trying all styles. I’m a climber and feel good dragging with my lats.

Why cup is not as much important if cup attack pronation and pronation attack cup?
Also a press and a flop press will beat a toproll at same strength.
Cup is very very important
Doesnt matter if you are a hooker or a top roller
You need to have decent cup
