I absolutely love this. I never fully got into creating a vision board every year but I definitely write out my goals every year according to Habakuk 2:2. Im late this year with the vision board but I'm definitely going to make one this weekend. Some of my goals definitely align with mental, physical, and spiritual health. Thank you so much for your transparency and just being a light in this world. I've followed you for a little min. now and I'm glad you found a community of people around you to fulfill that goal of friendship. It's hard to find good ones once we become adults.
