There's a secret location in ganton gym, if you enter and use the jetpack cheat you can fly out of the ceiling and into black hell, the secret tattoo shop is in there with the ganj leaf tattoos which were cut from the ps2 version
Shoot Jizzy's tires flat before you enter the club. They'll still be flat when he runs out to escape and he'll just mostly spin out of control and Veer off the road
In terms of atmosphere, Vice City may be cooler. In terms of story and depth, GTA IV has no competitors. But as for attention to detail and in-game possibilities, San Andreas is mind-boggling even after 20 years of its release!

A car underwater wont burn nor explode until you drive out of it. Found as little kid, gettin chased by police while havin unl. Oxygen cheat active. The Helicopter kept shooting my slow driving car underwater but nothing would happen until im out of the water again 😂
I believe the cliff over hang is a cave, I've heard there are caves in California that are popular spots for teenagers to make out. It reminds me of 1980s movie 'just one of the guys' where they have a date at the caves. This just seems like that sort of thing.
The big screen being a live feed of gameplay was done in other games around the same time, mostly as a time saving measure IIRC. EA's F1 offerings had the trackside big screens simply mirror the player's view, leading to some great infinite big screen effects if you could see the screen from your viewpoint, which would show your view, which would show the screen, which would show your view on the second screen, and then a smaller third screen with the player's view on it, and so on. This, predictably, got to truly ludicrous levels with higher resolution displays on a computer and would lead to infinite big screens until/unless you changed the view. It was a fairly easy way to simulate a big screen without wasting CPU time and effort on limited hardware, both PC and console at the time. Now I wonder if it's possible to do something lie that in SA or if R* were clever and made it so you never saw the big screen on the big screen to start with?

Ahhh, drive thru confessions! I noticed that place when i played back in the day, but it was before i knowed how to do the english, so i had no clue what that was about, lol 4:55 Im no programmer, so its a bit hard to explain, but it seems like the script basically tells the npcs to "just get stunned/damaged while in the cloud", and if something unique like running the stealth kill script would occur within that cloud, those scripts would interfere with each other (something that usually happens in video game codes, and i doubt the devs even- thought of checking something like this), simply causing All npcs to be affected. You can trust me on this, i am a programmer after all (im not).
The few starting things were the things i never knew about like the ballas smashing your car. But i knew some like the underwater glitch, and others. If you can make a video on things in gta vice city, that would be nice.

The first trick doesn't work lol. Doing side missions will disable the friend-enemy gang mechanics to be able to complete them. Not a single one tried to do that to me when doing firetruck, taxi, ambulance and police lol.

Not only cabs - any car you're driving can get beaten up by enemy mobs in their territories. But maybe not such an ambush lol.
The ballas attacking your car happen on every car your drive (as long as you on Mission or Side Mission)
Drive through confessions reminds me of the first saints row game when you would get rid of your notoriety by driving through forgive and forget.
Another hotring glitch is you can go through the wall and see cars already on fire fly out onto the track towards the end of the race
