For me i choose by drafting among these heroes: Terizla, Thamuz, Alpha (fulldmg petri or hybrid sustain vengeance which is 2 very different playstyles), Khaleed, Borg, Gloo, Belerick, Zhong, Phoveus (found an op build for him, the thing is you go for dmg not def items and trust me, your sustain will be good cause at the end of the day i use vengeance instead of flameshot because phoveus is picked in favorable drafting, not regularly, playing flameshot just means you dont have a great draft) i also play Grock, Argus and Jawhead when i wanna have fun lmao dmg grock the most fun hero ig XDDDDD

The trick is when dyrroth uses his second skill again after using it, Yu Zhong uses his skill 3 to get to the turret which means dyrroth will go flying to the turret with yu zhong if he uses the second skill after he dashes.

Getting the M5 skin forced me to main Yu zhong, My build is just some basic sustain build: War axe, warrior boots/Any boots, bloodlust axe, dominance ice/Any type of defense item, Oracle of course, Lastly the defense item with the "deter" Passive.

in exp it is just a game of prediction the ganks too obvious once predictable makes you unstoppable in exp lane yu zhong,I learned it on my own by analyzing my games in replays and by dying from enemy ganks now I know when I am about to be gank or not.lately there are not many characters who are strong against yu zhong from my personal experience so perfect your skills and have a good game 😊
