I also think that buffing his passive heal could work (either changing it from lost HP to max HP or from 6% lost HP to 8%)

What do u think abt bomba saying you should take s2 at lvl 1 and max s3 after s1 instead of s2?

Depends on your enemy. S2 is good at level 1 because you can easily proc your passive, but I prefer S1 because of the shorter cooldown.
And I almost always max S3 after S1, it's a habit even when I wanna max S2. It decreases the cooldown if I remember though (if you max S3)
