14:54 hey, just to you know, in that opening 5, the star is literaly the same as "Descobridor dos sete mares" that was made by a Brazilian guy called Tim Maia
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure as a series is a generational show. Each part takes place with a specific cast at a specific point in time and later parts usually involve later generations of the Joestar Family. They're all Jojos because their names usually had a Jo+Jo in them, like Joseph Joestar, or Jonathan Joestar, or Jotaro Kujo, or Higashikata Josuke (where the Josuke (仗助) can be read as "JoJo"(仗 and 助 can both make the Jo sound) in Japanese. Some characters will come back in future parts, like you see the Part 2 protagonist as an older man in Part 3, and a VERY old man in Part 4.
Thank God, you caught the final openings tribute to the first opening with all the pages of the manga which very freakishly if you didn’t pay, attention, actually includes this girl in the very first opening. All the characters were actually displayed on that first opening all the way to the end of the series that was all done.
12:00 one thing to note about OP3 is that it is sort of a love letter to the first 3 parts of JOJO as an anime, if you listen carefully you'll hear three distinct voices singing during different parts, those are the singers for the first three openings, Hiroaki "TOMMY" Tominaga, Coda (aka Kazusou Oda), and Jin Hashimoto.
Dang this is the first jon dejour vid i watched. Sad that it is over but in 4 years after the time skip and he is done with college I will be glad when the first vid after that long comes out
more than "jojo," they are all joe⭐️s. regardless of the last name they have. that's the origin of the star, and dio's... half or whatever is probably the most gruesome and "bizarre" thing ever. It's very to its name as an anime (I can't say the same for one piece 😬 i went there).
for context, the "space versions" of the characters are called "stands", A Stand is an entity psychically generated by its owner. Some Stands have natural evolution stages, or "ACT"s, that provide them different appearances and different abilities. Its user may be able to call upon different ACTs at will. Stands may undergo a forced evolution upon being pierced with the Requiem-granting arrow. which we saw on 32:08 . idk if u already know these but yea :D

The manga started back in the 80s, it was known for its eccentric style, characters and use of onomatopoeia. The reason it gave u comic book feel because of the manga panel references and how they animated the part 1 openings with 3d rendered models
"the 'ora' of this opening"
the best part is this is totally unintentional XD
love your energy throughout the vid, makes me happy you give the openings a playback to really appreciate them :)
The way bro is already hypnotized by the openings😂, you need to react to the show🙏🏾, it's fire not gonna disappoint you 🔥
14:54 hey, just to you know, in that opening 5, the star is literaly the same as "Descobridor dos sete mares" that was made by a Brazilian guy called Tim Maia
I love how he unknowingly makes JoJo references "What in The World is going on?"
As Jon DeJour, he is literally a JoJo reference😭
Yeah its always funny and awesome to me that Part 1s intro has Part 6 manga panels in it. Just incredible. (And part 2 and 3 and 4 and 5, of course)
Love seeing JoJo content. It's been my favorite piece of fiction for over 2 decades.
"I get it; they're fighting for justice. I'm still trying to figure out which one is Jojo."
That's it; that's the show.
12:00 one thing to note about OP3 is that it is sort of a love letter to the first 3 parts of JOJO as an anime, if you listen carefully you'll hear three distinct voices singing during different parts, those are the singers for the first three openings, Hiroaki "TOMMY" Tominaga, Coda (aka Kazusou Oda), and Jin Hashimoto.
wait til he finds out jojo isnt one person
Really nice reaction, love that you actually invest time into the details and don’t just rush them!
opening 10 _does_ have a variant, but for some reason every compilation seems to skip it
And it's sooo good too
Dang this is the first jon dejour vid i watched. Sad that it is over but in 4 years after the time skip and he is done with college I will be glad when the first vid after that long comes out
Yeah, he is the best reaction content TH-camr that I have found. I'll keep waiting for him.
Dude, you gotta listen to the full version of the first op; the "jojo" scream at the end is even better there
29:43
"This dude looks like michael jackson"
Yeah i think thats the point his ability is named man in the mirror
more than "jojo," they are all joe⭐️s. regardless of the last name they have.
that's the origin of the star, and dio's... half or whatever is probably the most gruesome and "bizarre" thing ever.
It's very to its name as an anime (I can't say the same for one piece 😬 i went there).
has he found it yet or? still searching for that loot?
4:05 the first part came out in 1987 but it takes place in the late 1800s
wait... this was my fav jojo reaction of all them on youtube! subscribed!
it's good to watch new channels, new reactors reacting to my favourite anime :D
0:56 Every time I close my eyes....
I WAKE UP FEELING SO HORNYYYY!!!!
for context, the "space versions" of the characters are called "stands", A Stand is an entity psychically generated by its owner.
Love the reaction ❤️
29:40 this is the wildest guess anyone has made. His stand is called after a MJ song
Amazing reaction my guy
Thanks for sharing your reaction! Love you enjoying Jojo's as much as we do! It's a beloved treasure!
15:14 “Something about this anime opening is giving me joy”
Oh if only it was like that 😆
In jojos, every part is basically a different story thats connected in some way. Each part features a descendent of a jojo. So basically each jojo seasonnor part is a different story thats related in some way
If you wanna know, the official anime that we notably know started in 2012 but the manga started in 1987 with an OVA that started in 1993 but it only showed Part 3 Stardust Crusaders
Waaaa jojo openings always give me the chills and when it’s match perfectly with the visuals!! 🖤🖤🖤🖤
The variation uncover specific spoilers happening in story so you cant have it to all openings
1st part- victorian horror with vampires and martial arts
2nd part- action movie with martial arts
3rd part- rescue mission/adventure with magic powers
4th part- weird slice of life/detective story
5th part- mafia movie
6th part- jail movie
7th- western
8th- another weird slice of live with a hint of detective story
9th- I don't know, gang story?
Part 9 : they are like thief's
32:14 i love how the singer answers hell no
Hell no😂
The manga started back in the 80s, it was known for its eccentric style, characters and use of onomatopoeia. So to make the anime adaptation faithful to the source material they made it very very colourful. The joke back when the anime adaptation was fresh was that when the graphics team asked what colour palette to use the answer they got was simply “yes”
0:26 the turbulence is crazy
i started watching this while in part four, but i didnt wanna spoil it for myself
i just finished stone ocean about ten minutes ago. im still crying, but i love your reactions. its almost helping the pain and suffering subside.
Jojo absolutely cooking with main antagonist and protagonist themes
Dude, Bloody Stream, the second op, has got to be my fav. Such a banger
“Anime Micheal Jackson”
POV me “Don’t tell him about Muzan.”
29:41 lmao it’s crazy you picked that out. I’m pressure sure that was on purpose. His ability is named after one of MJs songs
20:51
Let the voice of love tike you higher
7:17 yes it is and occasionally in the anime, the characters literally change their whole colour scheme during a critical moment before reverting back to it, like the Kakyoin vs Jotaro fight
Told ya it was going to be good
the way u loved like basically every opening gives me hope of more people starting to watch jojo
