Когда в СССР появились в продаже тюбики с клеем "Момент" немецкой фирмы Хенкель, то содержимое тюбика было точно такого вида и цвета, как в этом ролике.

А материал из которого сделан подошва вы не берёте во внимание?. Если резиновую подошву,
или полиуретановую ещё можно "моментом" приклеить,так что бы не отклеилась после первого дождя
то с термоэластопластовой и этиленвинилацетатной такой номер не пройдёт..

It is called "Barge Cement" in Canada. It is used by shoe repair shops. Similiar to Contact cement but stronger.

Aqui no Brasil é conhecida como cola de sapateiro ou cola de contato, tem que aplicar nos dois lados e esperar alguns minutos antes de secar e unir as partes pressionando -as

There is a similar adhesive (or one with the same formula) in my country, which I think is made of rubber with a strange smell. But it is not a water-resistant adhesive.

супер-клей застывает как стекло и потом ломается вместе с подошвой.
Суперклей бывает "как стекло" - для склейки фарфора и подобных штук. А есть эластичный - для обуви и т. д . Смотрите - что изображено на упаковке - ботинок или чашка. Удачи.
У меня однажды при поездке в пол-ку в старых ботах оторвалась подошва точнее оторвалось примерно 4/5 я в рядом стоящем ларьке купил супер клей(секундный ) , нанес совсем чуть в 4 местах и всё заклеелось намертво (второй бот был мокрый там тоже подошва отлетела на него супер клей не посадился ) а вот первый явно был крепче обувного клея , так что не знаю что у кого там " как стекло " Но я такого эффекта не ожидал ...

Лучше клеить в мастерской по ремонту обуви там хоть за эти сопли можно с мастера спросить. Сделано очень небрежно. А вообще это клеится на желтый клей Рапид который продается там же.
Для взуття є клей "Десмокол".

El pegamento de contacto queda mejor si despues de esperar tres horas antes de unir, unes las piezas y golpeas toda la superficie con un martillo de goma.
Los golpes hacen que el pegamento de ambos lados, se mezclen más en su masa, no solo la superficie.

While serving in the Navy back in the late 80's we had this stuff that was nicknamed "Monkey Snot". I honestly wish I could remember it's real name but it look and acted exactly like this stuff and was the stickiest stuff I have ever seen. This stuff was horrible if it got on your hands and was known to peal off skin while trying to remove it.

Es de uso industrial y se llama cemento de contacto Pero para plástico no sirve además se usa de otra manera capa fina primero luego cuando está seco al contacto 15m a una hora se aplica otra capa se deja secar mismo tiempo y luego se revive con calor y pega realmente muy bien

They make many different types of contact cement
its ment for to glue flexible materials together and has been around for probly 100 years or more it's used from tire repair to putting formica on counter tops many uses many types in counter tops and upholstery it's called contact cement there 100s of brands and possibily 100s of types but one thing that's best when using is to put it on both sides and wait for some time before putting the two pieces together once together the glue will stay flexible for years I would not allow it to air dry longer than 20 minutes before joining both pieces because the life of the strength is it's ability to stay flexible also it's strength is in bonding the two materials together like leather cloth it works well with natural rubber goods also wood things like bonding glass to any material works great when bonding on hard surfaces it's best to use a thin coat as possible using a thiner version called contact cement which can be sprayed works great sorry I know TMI TO MUCH INFORMATION BUT as long as this glue has been around if you haven't heard about it I belive you can use this information also in the United States one of the best brands is 3M they have a huge selection of contact cement

Все это основа каучука. Этот клей подходит для простых подошв. А если эта подошва на основе полиуретана, то этот клей до одного места. Заявляю вам авторитетно. Никакой Момент ее не приклеит..

it is straight forward GEMKEN. its messy and does not give a permanent repair. all shoes boots tekkies etc, are glued with GENKEM so you know why your footwear pulls apart.
