Don’t ever think of your calling as a “silly little video”, your messages of faith, love, guidance, & support are showing each of us as to what a good family life can become. Working hard and playing hard on the Arms Family Homestead could be a t-shirt, but actually, is your story Daniel, you are a great example of how to live your dream with Dejay and the kids.

This is such a heartwarming video. Spending the day with the Arms family, fishing with Jimmy Houston, and feeding the Bison at Cross Timbers, eating a slab of ribs, fishing and swimming in the creek, who could ask for anything better! Y'all did a awesome job making Walter's wish come true. Daniel, I saw that tear fall from your left eye. Your servants heart and actions are truly something to behold.
I can’t love this enough! Thank you Arms family for doing this and taking him to fish with Jimmy! And also to see the Bison with Dusty! WOW! I would love to fish with Jimmy someday. I grew up watching him on tv. Him and Bill Dance were constantly playing on our tv growing up. Lol. Oh gosh. Those were the good old days. Now I’m 47 , I’ve survived Breast Cancer, and lost both my parents. Enjoy Life, cause you never know when our time is up here on Earth. Praying for Walter! I don’t know what is going on, but he’s in the mighty hands of God!

My nephew was on make a wish sad to say he no longer with us but he lived a happy life and he was 26 when God took him home
This definitely had me in tears! So grateful to see him overcome a difficult battle! God is good! ♥️

As a parent who had a kid go through cancer, I know how heart-wrenching it is. I love that your family agreed to do the Make-a-Wish for him. I think it was pretty cool that Jimmy and Dusty got to join in as well. May God bless all of you. Such a very special episode.

I'm so glad Walter's family consented to be filmed for an Arms Family Homestead video. Like Daniel said, there's any number of things that Walter could have asked Make A Wish Foundation to do, but Walter chose to come and visit the Arms family and hang out on their farm and experience some of the fun things they do all the time, and Daniel and his family were very humbled to have been chosen to give Walter this experience.
Thanks also to Jimmy and Dusty for also sharing things with Walter.
My prayers are with Walter, for whatever the Lord has in mind for him and his future. It would be great if he can beat his illness.

I know how hard it is to have a family member with cancer. My 14 year old granddaughter has just completed her chemo treatments and were hoping she is in remission. I'm glad that you all can bring happiness to a child's life. Keep the faith and God bless you all!

Please let us know if he ever needs prayer warriors to go to work on his behalf because I know I wouldn’t be alone praying on Walter’s behalf. Simply amazing! With all the garbage in our world and on the internet, this one video has proven there are still some not just good, but great people in the world. Daniel, you and your family are just the most amazing people. I’m really embarrassed to admit I expected a young timid kid with little to no outdoor experience when you first mentioned Walter in another video. Boy was I wrong.
