If you are using the quick attach your implement pins wont need grease zerks they dont rotate back and forth and are clamped solid to the quick attach loops

You are correct, the implement pins on the quick attach won't need grease zerks since they are clamped solid. These were new to me at the time and it was a thought I had that I never implemented. Thanks for watching and the comment.

Do you know if the pin width and pin spacing..centre to centre, a standard size on all the Chinese 1 ton / 2 ton mini excavators? I’d like to buy another couple of buckets for my Rippa 322L.

@martinsaunders2942 I am not 100 percent sure that it's a standard on all of the Chinese mini excavators. But several of them do use the same spacing, so it is best to measure the pins and spacing and ask the seller of the buckets what their spacing is. Edit: For clarity

Hey there, you indicate a lot chinese brand models in your tag line, including AGT, FF Industrial, VICSEC, among some others. Which excavator do you have? More to the point, should these attachments fit most of these brands? I know that this group of attachments is known as part number AGT 12EX-ATA but I'm curious if they would fit FF Industrial and the VICSEC excavators. I'm interested in one of these excavators at a Ritchie Bros. auction, primarily with the 'Pilot" style controls and they've got some of these attachment groups too. If I land a FF Ind. or a Vicsec and not a AGT, do you think these attachments would still fit? Thanks!

Just looked, I see in your other videos that you've got an FF Industrial FF12. Have you had any fitment issues with your attachments?

Hey, Thanks for watching and the comment. I did have one issue with the pins that came with the quick attach, but I rectified that by using the original pins that came with my machine. The pins that came with the quick attach were a couple thousandths too big. At some point I will turn them down a little bit on the lathe so that I can use those too. The main thing to check with the attachments and the machine what the dimensions are for the pins. You will see something like this : 90mm x 92mm x 25mm
I will add another reply with an external link to show what that means.
      Edit: corrected typo...

So basically you will have to get the dimensions from the machine you buy to know if the attachments will fit. I actually went out to RB auction with a ruler and measured the attachments during pre-inspection before I bought them, since they were of a different brand than my machine.

Nice, what size machine is this for and where did you order everything? Like that there is a quick connect coupler 😲

I have a 1.2ton. Got them all in a single lot at Richie Brothers online auction.

The Quick connect is pretty nice, speeds changes up a bunch.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way, I'm only trying to save you some time and money.
If you use the quick coupler, the bolts are supposed to stay in each of the implements. Once they're clamped with the coupler there will be no movement on the bolts/pins. There would be no point of adding grease zerks to them. All the movement is around the pins between the quick coupler and the end of the stick.

I thank you for the comment. I am still learning, it was a thought at the time, I never added zerks to the bolts. The kit only came with enough bolts for a few of the implements so I still have to move them between implements, unless I buy more of the bolts. Thanks for watching! Edit: I also take the quick coupler off and use the digging bucket without the coupler if I have hard digging too since you lose some of the leverage by adding the coupler length.

Great video and thanks for sharing. How much did you end up paying for all this?

I got this set of attachments as a single lot from Ritchie Brothers auction, this lot went for 1000. At this auction there were about 12 lots of these , the prices went from 900 to 1500. You can get the individual pieces on amazon or Ebay, but buying them one piece at a time adds up, that is why I opted to buy this entire set at auction.

The last RB auction on Oct 2 in Colorado only had a few sets, I just checked. If you create a RB account you can see this: www.rbauction.com/ar/quantity-of-(9)-2024-agt-12ex-ata-mini-excavator-attachments-(unused)/12165258

I'm looking to get one of these mini excavators but all I am finding are a bunch of people that are willing to do the work to improve it from China... Do you have any leads on how or where to get one from someone who might already have them in stock?

@@MrAjw312 best place I found was Richie Brothers auction, but there are places in US if you want to pay a little more.
