Interesting video I had no idea that these aircraft were still being produced nice footage from the flight. I have had the privilege of flying on both the Islander trilander in the Channel Islands quite a compact aircraft to fly in. Also a good few years back flew on a Shorts 360 that Aurigny have back in the day.

That's amazing! I would have loved to fly the Trislander, but unfortunately due to new aviation rules, any aircraft that carried over 10 passengers, must have an isle otherwise it can't fly commercially. So unfortunately the Trislander is no longer commissionable to fly commercial routes :(

@@Aviation18 Hi. I travelled as a terrified child on the Trislanders in the 1970s. I am prepared to admit that it is an awesome, impressive and iconic plane. If you ever get to take a flight on one, please take care to capture high quality audio of the experience, aviation enthusiasts will thank you for that. I will probably hide in a cupboard, but listen through headphones, the noise still haunts me! 😁
