- A very cool and honorable Cheyenne in this clip from 'Gold, Glory and Custer' I love the part where Julie Adams says, "I thought I was done for, then I saw you coming, it was a beautiful sight." Without a doubt, isn't Clint Walker always a beautiful sight?
To heck with Schwarzenegger, Eastwood, Beatty and Newman.
This was the ultimate man’s man of Hollywood.
The Joker Absolutely, and he never disgraced his profession in any way.
I totally agree with Saunder49 - 13 years ago. Mr. Clint Walker was sheer perfection. And, to be able to watch these videos is awesome, it my younger childhood, and my Dad's favorite western. Thank you.
Mr.Walker was kind enough to shake my hand two years ago and despite my being a man,I got tears in my my eyes,
because my son was not there for that great moment.
He and his wife Susan gave me words of encouragement.
Clint is still better looking than any of these"girlie boys"on tv or in FILMS.
If films today were not so filthy,he would come back.
From his wavy black hair, perfect nose, blue eyes, chin cleft, magnificent body, and of course that wonderful voice...SHEER PERFECTION!!
This was Clint's favorite episode of the whole series and I can see why . Hope to meet him someday. And see this episode in it's entirety.
One of my favorite episodes, a two-parter, with the rescue coming at the beginning. I won't spoil it for any fans who haven't seen the entire episode, will just make two observations. 1) Irene Travers (Julie Adams) had her chance, and 2) Clint Walker is the most beautiful Indian chief ever (but I guess no one would be surprised at that). Thanks for this video that isolates the best scenes from part one.
Waking up to Cheyenne, holy cow!!! I wouldn't want to leave either :) Yummo.
Clint Walker...PERFECTION personified!
I have watched a lot of Western movies in my days but the interaction between Clint walker and Julie Adams was magnetic even though they were actors Mr. Walker was no Ham sandwich and I'm sure a lot of leading ladies in Hollywood noticed that to
I hope Clint stops by here and gets a look at this comment section. There are more comments worthy of his humble greatness than anywhere I have seen...ever....and well deserved.
I REMEBER THIS EPISODE LIKE YESTERDAY, GREAT MAN
R.I.P Clint Walker.
Clint is the MAN!
YES I TOLD MY PARENTS THE SAME THING "I WANTED TO MARRY THIS BIG BEAUTIFUL DEEP VOICED LONG LEGGED BROARD SHOULDERED MAN!!! MY PARENT'S JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE "OH REALLY?" HE WAS 21yrs. AND I WAS 12yrs..😍😍😍💖💋
Have you had a look at Henry Cavill lately .
@@michaelcorbidge7914 Henry Cavill is a good-looking man by modern standards; but Clint Walker was beautiful inside and out--genuine, unaffected, and humble. There is no one like him in today's world.
Not 21...when Cheyenne debuted he was 28.
@bear022013 Wow,bear...you are so lucky to have met him.I've been in love with him for 55 years. And you're right...these girly men can never compare to this man.
Thank you for your story.
The Major is played by Liam Sullivan who was a guest star on the Star Trek episode "Plato's Stepchildren,11/22/1968.
Great video clip of an excellent episode of superb series Cheyenne. However, pay close attention to the way Julie Adams pronounces the word wagon train. What it sounds like she's saying is "wagon trainer". Also, pay close attention to the two times that Bodie pronounces the word Custer, as it sounds like he's saying "Custard". I never watched the series when I was a child as westerns bored me. Having watched the entire series in reruns for some time now, I wish I had watched it as a child as the elements of acting, casting, writing and direction were quite perfect. It's unlikely we'll ever see another hero like Cheyenne Bodie as was perfectly portrayed by Clint Walker. Walker would have made an incredible Superman if he were the proper age.
Actually, what Cheyenne was saying to Irene Travers is, "Got orders to report to Colonel Custer 't ['at' without the 'a'] Fort Abraham Lincoln..." I don't hear it the other time. It's just his Texas/midwest twang. His diction, like everything else about him, was natural, relaxed, and unaffected.
My was he gorgeous.
Julie Ashton With a heart of pure gold.
My mom wanted so bad to marry him growing up, and kept saying it over and over every time she see's him.
Oh he's... wow...
nice thank you.
I fancy him, and i'm a straight guy. LOL
thyplas,.............I"m a straight guy also ..........but there is nothing wrong with a man complimenting the finer qualities of another man,.......it's just another way of reassuring ourselves that we are normal.
Soy aficionado al ejercicio con pesas y debo decir que Clint tenía una espalda increíble con una gran "V" y tremenda amplitud en reposo!
Era muy viril ! Me exitaba !
would not mind being an injun, and rolling around with Clint---WOOF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Él era muy galante con las chicas y hace ver a los otros hombres como niños!!
PRETTY LADY!!!.
3:40 I swear that guy was on a Star Trek TOS episode....
No, the person I had in mind was Liam Sullivan, from "Plato's Stepchildren". (The person who played Apollo was Michael Forest.)
At 3:50 Cheyenne says: "Got orders to report to General Custard." What custard flavors will Cheyenne order?
JEFF GREEN @
Cheyenne then said: "That's about all I know." (He must have lost the order) "Can't understand the rush though, the Sioux aren't cutting up any." But I know soon, If Cheyenne doesn't get their order right, they will be cutting up plenty!
If only Clint walker could have been jack reacher
I often wonder if all his female leads fell head over heals in love with him... I know I would have... how can you resist???
pegomyheart1 They all said he was a perfect gentleman and very protective of the female guest stars.
Loved how Clint looked over his shoulder to see if she was watching him as they went to check the indian body.....wonder how many men were jealous of Clint on the set when they knew there wasn't a chance of them being able to flirt with the women. Bet the women hung around him all the time....I know I would every chance I got.
ALL OF THEM!!!! I BELIEVE THAT IS WHY HIS STORY AS A COWBOY DID NOT LAST LONGER, IT SHOULD HAVE!!!.....JUST LIKE CHRISTOPHER REEVES "SUPERMAN" HE WAS PERFECT....JUST LIKE CLINT PERFECT BUT JEALOUSY PREVAILS EVERY TIME...😡
I think he was glancing back to check up whether the Major was following him. I don't think he was vain enough to check if she was watching him. He KNEW she would be, he is not daft. Has anyone seen two scenes of Clint with Kim Novak. Great comedy and a great body to watch in one of them.
To the gentle. Man who said that Irene sounded as if she said "Wagon Trainer", the er was more a catch a breath before saying I thought I was done for. Didn't notice Custard second time and still can't make up my mind the first time! 😁
@@AnnSchroeder1 I agree that he was glancing back to see if the Major was coming. As I said above, Clint's diction was like the rest of him, relaxed and unaffected. I suspect the director would have yelled, "Cut!" if he wasn't satisfied with the line.
Well, Clint told him....wish he'd been around to rescue me....what a man...yummy!!!
"It was a beautiful sight"....DUH, woman! LOL ..like we can all see that!
No man more beautiful to look at than Clint Walker. Ya gotta remember how to breathe....! Pheew......come rescue *me*, honey.
Why do we get the crap sphagetti westererns when we only get clips of Westerns like this, Cheers Tippo.UK.
Lamentablemente no se ven los finales
Does anyone know what season this was from?
Season 4
Não entendi nada.
Gerald Michael Charlebois? played god apollo...
Was that his real name or was it Mark Forrest who played the God Apollo?
Does this man have a flaw???
I think i need to give him a physical...and i'm not gonna use gloves!!!!
His hair was not wavy nothing wrong with that , but his hair was straight of course he was a lot better actor than brad pitts, cruise , DiCaprio , Pacino , d Niro and other mediocre actors but then they were natural actors intelligent movies and great scripts
His hair was gorgeous...like the rest of him:)
