for more precise, updated and accurate information please email the school of interest, but from my knowledge Undergraduate school for medicine is fully taught in Korean, so it is better to study Korean in advance or for a year before starting your degree.

Nope, you'll need to apply in the same way that all international students do. However, your certificate of completing the language program will give you a bit more chances to get in
The language programs are for everyone. So, if you're not university student it's allowed too. Usually people who want to learn Korean study in such programs, not the university students)

You need to just show the certificate that you have those money. After sending your docs, you can just remove those money from your card (if they are someone's). You just need to show that you can survive financially in Korea
You can learn your Korean language and then apply for TOPIK, and If u get highest level of the test which is 6, then you can have LOTS OF OPPORTUNITIES AND BENEFITS out of this.
