HOLY BALLS, I heard Votum's last album and thought it was good but nothing that stuck with me, I was sure I would check out their new material and I'm glad I did! This is dark, heavy and very emotional prog metal, the atmosphere is superb and the chorus is beautiful. Bring on the new album :)

Wow when i hear this song i get catched and captivated instantly (hard stuff by this days) and i think that the band was Antimatter because the vocals, but then check it and saw the álbum cover and well... Magnificent record and I'm glad to find a new band that touches my heart and stimulate pleasantly my mind 😌🌟 thanks guys!!

everything sounds like everything related to that genre, so that argument's a bit hollow. but what has to be noted is this: katatonia and these folks had the same soundengineer and mastering was done by the guy who did leprous. there might be a reason why some see the difference as stronger than it is.

I might just have to revisit and see if it's grown on me. deffo not a nineties baby, was 18 and front and centre watching a little known band in 1990. The year after, they released an album called Nevermind, it did quite well... 😀
