Such an excellent serial . I felt like part of the family. Flawless dialogue, perfect depiction of pristine agraharam, characters who lived their roles and of course the brilliance of the director - all these have captivated me and I was spell bound watching the serial. But what made the director end it abruptly I don't know. Wish he comes up with a second part. Thank you sir

மேலும் இறுதியில் இயக்குனர் அவர்கள் குழப்பிவிட்டார்.
சிவராமன் பாலாமணி அதே அக்ரஹாரத்தில் தான் இருந்தனர்.
அவர்களுக்குக் குழந்தை பாக்கியம் கிடைத்ததை இறுதியில் சொல்லிய இயக்குனர் கொஞ்சம் முன்னாடியே கௌரி கதாபாத்திரம் மூலம் தேடியிருக்கலாமே.

சிவராமனோடு இருந்திருந்தாலே நிம்மதியாக தன் இறுதியாத்திரையை முடித்திருப்பார்.

This house looks like a replica of our ancestral house 3 generations ago in the village MAthirimangalam near KuttAlam between Mayuram and Kumbakonam---a short walk from the main road. The river KAveri(although a narrow one) flows nearby.

Initially, I was disappointed with the same happenings in a Veda Vithagar,’s house, mind and family
Like all other normal families
And discontinued afr the first 10 episodes
But felt smthng luring me to see afr a pop up episode of seeing Rukku as a widow
And pulled out episodes post Venketu’s death and saw till end
Very educative
Unique mix of old customs and accepting change
With spirituality entwined in the latter part of the series

Seems incomplete. Many loose ends. The visuals of priya and gowri. Surya. What happened to the promise made by rukku paati to rajesh regarding getting them both married? Hurried and abrupt ending. Disappointing end to a wonderful serial.
so true.. vadivelu solra mari .. opening nalla than iruku, but finishing serilaye pa!! (initially audience ah cover panninanga, aprm budget problem nu abrupt ah mudichitanga) every interesting plot was left unfinished. extremely disappointing.
To compensate , At least the director should publish the REAL story the true script, into books so that we all get to know the complete story with out disappointment. Dont know if we could hope that the complete story would be shared.

Yes I agree with you. I have started seeing this very late but finished 115 episodes in 20 days and started seeing the next episodes the next day after it is uploaded. The mystery about JR and Sundaresan not shown. Neither the mystery abiout Ramesh, Vikram and Michael and Sagar and Sapna not shown. Very poor finish.
Why was the story of Surya nor completed? What happened to Rajesh? Whom did Priya marry? Did Sundaresan come back?
Why are Paramasivan and Rajesh staying with Irukku?why they call her aunty?
So many truths unrevealed. Vikram, sagar, sagar's girlfriend ,surya, jayaraman,priya's father......
So true. Poorly handled. They focused mainly on bringing back the agraharam lifestyle. Message was conveyed that every tambhram should come back and reside in agraharam lifestyle. Story seems like a lame excuse.

Very poor finish and Chanakya has earned bad reputation...His Name is A Misnomer... At least let him not do this great injustice to Peryavaa serial....He has proved that he is famous for leaving something abruptly...Chanakya should change his name to "Konakyaa" 😝🤣

I didn’t know where else to post this…bcs I don’t find any Of Erandam Chanakyan episodes looks like all have been removed. Yes the Director explained in 1998 he had to abruptly fast forward to close the Serial. He said there are 52 episodes. It ended abruptly on Episode 50 I think.. When Kumar realised she’s the truth…now when it was telecast again why wasn’t the end shown. There must be at least one more episode the climax. This was so disappointing to the new Viewers!

Everything was vivid and descriptive but lacked to unfold certain details especially how Priya’s family is connected to the Ganapadigal family. Details regarding Ramasubbu and his son Jayaram are missing. The confusion regarding the birth details vikram Ramesh and Michael are missing. What happened to loose tempered writer who resides in Priya’s house. On the whole an abrupt end to a well developed story

Climax was good. But why the story is unfinished! What about others?
ருக்குவின்voice ரொம்ப low ஆக எரிச்சலாக இருக்கிறது. When all other character's voice is normal and audible, Rukku's voice is intentionally deliberatly low creating irritation to viewers. Channakia sir, kindly avoid casting Rukku in your future serials. She is so irritating.

I thought one of the people would be her great grand child. Maybe even Priya. But they act like she never had a baby.
@@vijrever2770 I remember in the episode someone saying that the baby did not stay long, as something to the effect of "You've lost your husband and the baby didn't stay either"
