I have been trying to sing some hymns prior to my Bible reading, and I've really come to appreciate Daniel Baptist Church having these congregational videos so I can sing right along with them.
I care not today what the morrow may bring, If shadow or sunshine or rain, The Lord I know ruleth o'er everything, And all of my worry is vain. Living by faith in Jesus above, Trusting, confiding in His great love; From all harm safe in His sheltering arm, I'm living by faith and feel no alarm. SOLO: I know that He safely will carry me through, No matter what evils betide; Why should I then care though the tempest may blow, If Jesus walks close to my side. ; Living by faith in Jesus above, Trusting, confiding in His great love; From all harm safe in His sheltering arm, I'm living by faith and feel no alarm. DUET: Our Lord will return to this earth some sweet day, Our troubles will then all be o'er; The Master so gently will lead us away, Beyond that blest heavenly shore. Living by faith in Jesus above, Trusting, confiding in His great love; From all harm safe in His sheltering arm, I'm living by faith and feel no alarm. Living by faith in Jesus above, Trusting, confiding in His great love; From all harm safe in His sheltering arm, I'm living by faith and feel no alarm. I'm living by faith and feel no alarm.
I care not today what The morrow may bring, If shadow or sunshine or rain, The Lord I know ruleth o’er everything, And all of my worries are vain. Refrain Living by faith in Jesus above, Trusting, confiding in His great love; From all harm safe in His sheltering arm, I’m living by faith and feel no alarm. Though tempests may blow, And the storm clouds arise, Obscuring the brightness of life, I’m never alarmed at the overcast skies- The Master looks on at the strife. Refrain I know that He safely Will carry me through, No matter what evils betide; Why should I then care, Tthough the tempest may blow, If Jesus walks close to my side. Refrain Our Lord will return for His loved ones some day, Our troubles will then all be o’er; The Master so gently will lead us away, Beyond that blest heavenly shore. Refrain
Amo esses louvores sim verdadeiro bálsamo para nossa alma, me recordo muito de quando eu morava em Boston city morava muito próximo de uma igerja Batista.
My dear Savior put this song in my head before i even woke up this morning. Thanks for the wonderful video so I could have something to sing along to and share with others!
Different hymnals sometimes have slightly different wording. Maybe yours is the one that’s wrong. The older hymns have older English structure. More likely From all harm safe was the original.

How wonderful to hear a congregation sing out with all the parts, raising up joyful praise for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you.
Reminds of singing @ camp! This just lifted my spirits. God is too good.
