More than thirty years have passed since I spent a summer in Oklahoma. It is so encouraging to hear a congregation still sing this hymn of reassurance with such enthusiasm. May the Lord help you see and appreciate His blessings every day.

We sing this at Petra in front of the Treasury 6 weeks ago. The acoustics were AMAZING, it's usually wall to wall, shoulder to shoulder people there. There was nobody in Jordan & Israel due to the War. We basically had the place to ourselves. It was AMAZING I felt safer than I do on some of America's streets💯 We were able to sing and witness to many IDF soldiers also and give supplies and gifts. WON'T GOD DO IT 🙌🙏

Sometimes life feels too hard to sing. Maybe the words don't seem like they fit our situation. Maybe God seems distant. Maybe we're mourning a deep loss. I've had plenty of times when I didn't sing in order to not start ugly crying, or in recent years, to catch my breath so that I don't pass out. It's a wonderful gift that our good God is compassionate to us and patient with us when we're hurting. I pray that whatever she was dealing with that day, there is a song of praise in her heart now. ❤

Great musicians and singing in this church, but the tempo is much too fast on some of the hymns.
