I'm 63 this year and still rocking to new music. I have the whole song set blasting on a 6000 watt custom home studio I built. Normandie is killer! Good job Aussie's!
LOVE the vocal range Philip has - it's so damn impressive and unique. This one has easily become one of my favourite Normandie songs. Keen to hear the rest of the new album tomorrow! Let's get these boys over to Aus and NZ!!!
I fucking love Normandie. Stumbled across them somewhen between 2021-2022. I attended their show in Cologne in 2022 where they KILLED it with a crowd of 400 ppl. Two days ago they came back to a sold out 900 ppl show and killed it again. This band definitely is worth a listen. Not only the production, the live performance and the songwriting is amazing but also Philip's vocal range. Hahah needed to let that out. Thanks for reviewing this awesome track!🫶
Just saw them live in Orlando this past weekend for my birthday- they were opening for our last night and they blew us away!!!! Never heard of them but His voice was perfection and sounds exactly like the recording. Instantly became a fan
Just saw them live with OLN. As good as his vocals are on tracks, his vocals live are an honest to goodness holy experience. He is such a nice, sweet guy and so talented.
Can't wait to see these guys for the first time EVER, in April!!! So hyped that they're finally coming to the US!! Also, this song, and whole album are just amazing!!
I've been meaning to check Normandie out cos they are supporting Our Last Night on their upcoming tour (which I'm going to) and on the basis of this I think I'm in for a good time.
It’s the best song of the EP together with Ritual. Love that you guys took the time to check the song out 😊 Btw, “Dead” and “Mission Control” is my favs from Normandie. So many good songs though!
Loved, loved, loved Dark & Beautiful Secrets, probably came at the right time in my life, so nothing's gonna change that. Haven't listened to a lot of the songs on the new release, but this is a decent one. Let's be real, I love his voice, and the overall band vibes, so I will probably like everything they release ever.
Love me a bit of Normandie, their new album has some bangers! The one with Dani from Bury Tomorrow, Hourglass is probably my highlight but the whole thing is great
I just want to say that y’all are amazing and I’m glad that I found y’all , you guys have opened me up to a lot of new music and I love how genuine yall are you’ve been helping me through tough times that I’m currently going through and I very much appreciate it thank yall for all the content and being awesome
I remember I used to blast White Flag when it first came out and finally I'll be seeing them in a little over a month, can't wait to hear this banger too!!!
Great reaction, my fave would probably be Babylon (I can listen to it and the acoustic version on repeat) closely followed by hostage, Serotonin and, perhaps controversially, butterflies.
Dead is one of my favs off White Flag. Bury Me Alive might be my fav off their last album and I think this and Flowers for the Grave are my fav new singles!
Apparently I heard of this band back a few years ago when they dropped Ghost but forgot about them. Sorry, Hourglass and this song have made me even more of a fan and my new favs of the year
This is becoming a favourite of mine along with White Flag. Very similar style to white flag as well and that's what I like. Found another song for my morning commute to work! Cheers lads!
Totally with you on this one Johnny, this is my favorite track and I think is the best track on the album by far! Been nervous about the album and how it's going to sound, but I'm hoping to enjoy the record when it drops on Friday. I think my favorite Normandie song has to be Collide or Hostage, huge tie between the two because they don't miss with their music lol
Swear if there isn’t a banks arcade reaction coming I’m gonna start a revolt against you sexy bastards, if you haven’t checked out their ep DEATH 2, you are missing out, there’s a song on there “roulette” that I think you boys are gonna like!!! This is the best track from the album so far, gotta agree!! the other ones were lacking something and had a different feel and vibe which isn’t bad but it was a little lacklustre compared to serotonin… also I’m sorry but they absolutely wasted the Danny feature, but stinky although we love a Danny feature that one was a lil on the weak side! I’m really hoping this album is gonna outdo D&BS but I’m fearful HOLY i wasn’t expecting you to basically echo the same thoughts I was having about these songs, almost exactly as I was thinking it too
Yes I've been requesting Banks Arcade as well i saw them last year with the plot in you, Thornhill and Holding Absence I got to meet Joshua from Banks Arcade he's such a sweet guy.
His vocals are crazy good... Also feel as though these guys are very underrated
This is much more in the style of White Flag than the prior singles.
I absolutely agree with that. White Flag is also possibly my favourite song by them. I'm glad someone else noticed it and it wasn't just me.

Introduced to Normandie as the opening act for a concert and they’ve been in my head rent free ever since. Fave song is Blood in the Water
I've never listened to Normandie. But it sounds very good. Will them more of a listen. Watching you fellas helps me find more music. Cheers!!
Thanks for listening

These guys are sick! The new album is so good, they so good live and I see them next month in the uk! Buzzin
These dudes are so simple yet intricate. I love it.

My favs are probably Hostage and Chemicals from D&BS and Hourglass and Serotonin from Dopamine ❤

update: the live show was INCREDIBLE, been to many concerts before but Normandie are deffo up there with their live performance
Love this band so much! 🙏🖤
The album is amazing!! Was jamming to it on the way back from uni the other day! Was a great time!

Love this one! 👏
will you guys do an exclusive interview with them like the last album 🥺
Likely!
I never heard of this band before

Hourglass grew on me quickly.
Can you guys please react to Yours truly call my name and Banks Arcade Roulette.
Is that Nath as the lead singer?? Haha. But for real though why is every heavy band sounding like Slaves from 10 years ago now?
What happened with them? Are they Rain City Drive? Is it the same guys? Or mostly all different? I know Jonny Craig left ages ago
Yeah the guys started Rain City Drive which is pretty solid. Jonny just makes crappy R&B now but at least he’s staying healthy.
No, the lead singer is philip strand
next: dayseeker - sleeptalk
Little bit too old
