Leak detector solution is $12 per bottle. So we use dawn soap and water, which freezes in the winter. Older plumber showed me a hack. Add a bit of windshield washer fluid to the bottle and problem solved. I love learning new things. Thanks again!

You can then use a regular excavator when something next to or between train tracks needs to be dug up.
