Server DELL PowerEdge and problem with DELL tape drive
After restarting the server, the error persists
Holding the eject button on tape drive for 10 seconds - error persists
So the drive was removed from the server...

That metal piece is de drive pin, and the black piece grabs the tape end to the drive pin. The upper one is a rfid tag so the drive can identify the cartridge.
When loading the tape, an arm grabs that pin and pulls tape inside, passing the rw head, into the internal spool.
Reattaching the pin to the tape (securing with the plastic piece) could make the cartridge usable again.

Number 6 can be anything :( , like HW or tape fault.
