Just watched the video. Very nice for sure !! I’m a developer in Honduras over the past 17 years and the property in the video is excellent.
Side note: for the sea is rising folks .... Honduras just south has a small island where tourists have been going for 30+ years and locals have lived for 150+ years. Elevation .... 3’ - 6’ above sea level. The ocean is not rising. Don’t equate rising with beach/coastal erosion.
