She isnt going to disenfect her tool in between each and every comedone. No one in dermatology or esthetics would. No one. Furthermore shes lancing a pore that has already developed an open comedone. As long as the skin surface is cleaned prior to and after the service, what shes doing is perfectly acceptable. Also, its steatocystoma.
