I don’t think colloidal oat is the same as regular grind oatmeal and it’s also not the same as the ones that we take in but either one can be used.
Yay! I am glad you enjoyed the recipe . Colloidal oats is still oatmeal but it’s been very finely ground and processed. I have experimented with grinding mine and also buying and I came up with same results ❤️

Hi...you can use any emulsifying wax there are many options online , amazon and Etsy . Emulsifying nf, polawax. Hope this helps
