Well, I agree. Its because it IS NOT necessarily visible, and people who visibly look strong are many times simply wrong and unhealthy one-sided trained people -far away from every natural and functional movement pattern...which is bizzar! There s so much underrated technic, flexibility and strength. But actually, I am used to see bodies of dancers, circus people and acrobats -and they look a lot alike the parkour's trainer. The upper body of the person trying every "strange" workout out already tells, that he is not mobile or very fluent or technical in full-body-methods which are not isolated. ;)
It's called doing ATG KOT excercises along-side compound strength movements.

OMG they put Will in a FinFun tail!! I love this so much- training to be a professional mermaid has been HUGE fuel for my workout goals and it was lots of fun getting to see Will try out many of the things I've been working on. The Mermaid Roll (as I've come to call that movement) is also a great for your core. My first monofin is still in the mail and this just made me even more excited for it to show up. Will Tenny, you an awesome human- thank you for this 😊🧜♀💜

Looks like the prevailing challenge Will faces now isn't strength so much as it is flexibility. It really seems like he's fighting against his mass, especially in the parkour training. It's a small surprise that a lot of action movie stars, especially the martial artists, were also dancers. It's a good form of training to have in order to have the coordination and range of motion to put all that muscle to use.
Yeah will is definitely not that athletic. Also, body builder mass isnt productive for movement like this

I'm a kickboxer who also does mermaid training (I can hold my breath for 1.5 minutes) and parkour (my childhood was spent doing American Kenpo Karate) for fun... huge respect to you because you are a weight lifter and fitness enthusiast, but a lot of the disciplines/workouts you tried in this video are COMPLETELY outside of you comfort zone! It would be like me attempting to lift weights... not bloody likely! Awesome video, as always. I found you thanks to Greg D and I love you content :)

i used to train EMS, they claim only 20-25mins your muscles are working like 3hrs weightlifting. but they foregot to mention that you will sore for whole 2days lol. such a great experince for you to try! the mermaid one if you have a chance to test freediving would be another great challenge activity in the list!

The electric stimulation is a similar concept to what the Bionic Gym is based on. Legs only, that system costs only $700. Pretty sure the whole system there costs closer to $3000 and not the $100K she says. She just wants to make it seem prohibitively expensive for her business to keep going.
