The People Mover originally from July 2, 1967 to August 21, 1995 at the Disneyland Resort in California. Originally created to display a new urban Omnimover system for the then upcoming original EPCOT project, the people mover transported guests across a track surrounding Tomorrowland. The track was woven into many iconic buildings and structures found around the land, often giving guests a unique view of each attraction it entered and passed by.
On the Minecraft Project, special care was taken to best preserve the look and feel of the attraction. With in the space mountain area, creative liberty were taken bringing the Journey Into Imagination: One Little Spark ride to the attraction with the goal of filling the empty space once used for the original Tron ride at the time in real life. The ride gives players a Figment Pin and a Figment Chaser Pin #26.
This is a Disneyland Minecraft Project I have been working on since 2011. Originally created June 2011, this project is one of the original Minecraft theme park projects, that has since gone on to inspire many other projects we have come to enjoy today!
Currently, the project is being created solo, and i'm not looking for additional help. The project is also not currently taking any donations, however if this does change in the future, it would most likely be in the form of patreon. Theres still much work to do, but I felt it was important to document the project.
This video was recorded using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) There were no edits at all. All audio you hear is being played in vanilla Minecraft, with out the use of any Audio Servers or special mods.
The shaders i was using in the video was BSL_v8.2.09p1, with adjusted color for day to match the morning color tone.
