Put an extra key,or keys in magnet hidden key holder, find a spot underneath the front of your vehicle, you will always be safe this way, an extra set of keys can be a life saver, also My 96 XJ, the electric fan kicks on at 218*.
I too have a relative with that amount of tunnel vision. It’s absolutely mind blowing. Man you need to get one of those thermal emergency blankets. Tiny and fit in the glove box
Another classic big Waemid adventure. Excellent production & story. What is discord server? I would be honored to help on an xj mid adventure. your humor style is great I was cracking up. Awesome video dude! 💪
I’ve watched quite a few of your videos. I don’t think I’ve commented on much. I got my 1991 running over a month ago. She is not running on two cylinders though. I’m suspecting head gasket. Watching you do that in this video made me definitely want to try to get it done by my birthday in April. Seeing your adventures in this video just to go hang out with friends from different states is really cool. I’ve honestly only been to Oregon. I am from Washington 😂. My cousin bought his neighbors 1985 or 1986 jeep Cherokee with the 2.8 L. The thing is pretty dang clean though. One of the cleanest I’ve seen. At least for that age. Mine was a 1991 Jeep Comanche. But my cousin just put his in the shop or he is about to get a few things fixed on it. I think as soon as mine and his are fixed up, we might try and plan a lil trip. This was definitely a great video. Like a sign to tell me get my MJ fixed and start going on adventures ❤.
you can rent a compression tester from your local part store and see if those 2 cylinders have compression - and rent a noid light test kit for the fuel injectors, do some diagnosing before you tear apart the engine
I sure you mean towing real weight, but my ax5 300k on the odometer 2.5L 99 XJ will tow 1k ish pounds of a motorcycle trailer all day and ask for more.
In this case I mean towing another XJ I know an XJ can tow another XJ (I have done it before) but the clutch definitely lost a few hundred miles of service after a few takeoffs. Could smell it burning and it didn't help that I had to uphill start I would tow another XJ with mine only if I absolutely had to, and for a very short distance with minimal stopping. Shaller's needed to be moved from a farm field, across a good 10 miles of country roads, and into the city where his dad lived, and I didn't want to chance that with mine. The Automatic XJs can tow other XJs all day with no sweat though. That's why I wanted to use Powerade’s - his even has a factory transmission cooler but I'm happy to hear a 2.5L is out there flexing! Good engine
That must be some old footage of you crossing the Mississippi river into STL.We are over half way finished with building a new Mississippi River bridge there.Oh,by the way,I live in southern Illinois and yes,it sucks....😁😁
I wonder how far apart we live from each other. I’m near the Lacrosse area. We got 3 xjs. I have a few videos on them on our channel. Would be cool to hook up sometime.
Bro if you can would you be able to do a video on how to flush the renix 4.0? Theres nothing decent out there on the closed system and everyone has different opinions on whats best. Cheers
I am actually working on the Renix open loop conversion right now. That video should be out in the next 2 months or so as for getting air out of the closed system, I think the best way is to disconnect the upper heater hose on the end opposite of the thermostat housing, hold it as high up as you can with a funnel in it, and pour coolant into that. Squeeze the upper and lower radiator hoses to get any trapped bubbles out. Keep filling from the heater hose until it's full, and then reconnect it. Makes a mess, but it will absolutely get all the air out
I need the XJ community’s help! I have a 95 xj the previous Owner cut out the CPS pigtails and hard wired the sensor to the harness leaving me stranded I found the pig tail I just need to figure the orientation/ order of wire colors!! I’ve looked everywhere posted on all forums and everyone seems to have different color wires
If three XJs pull up in front of your house, you immediately load up Rockauto and get out your wallet
Fly high Shaller
What a freakin hero!!!
God bless the 4.0 and god bless all xjs
Shit got REAL when you put on the hat

I’m always happy when I see you’ve uploaded a new video
Man loved that video. Glad it wasn't me but that was one awesome adventure. Thank you for the video.
Makes me want to load up my old Briarwood and head out for an adventure. Great vid and camaraderie.
Those things look badass

It was after this event I learned about hand warmer pack things that snowboarders use - they're pretty awesome

This video was more fun than my recent visit to the store to choose some onions.
Great video!! I really enjoyed and appreciate it. I have a 99 cherokee and I’m learning all about it.
this video was awesome, definitely going to rewatch at some point because its so good
3 XJs roll up to your house? Brother there are three parked at my house currently and two of them run.
Probably my favorite video so far
how is this better than the torx bit conspiracy
Ya, the conspiracy video would be #1 bro.
@@EmyBrowndogMom I'll never Top myself
it's all downhill from here!
@@WAEMIDIV Torx is the best video.

my friend Jay is in LaCrosse! I go out there all the time. That's where my blue MJ came from actually
You guys are crazy doing all that in the cold, xj on lol
Oh yeah, I think the sheer livid rage of hating winter kept me warm through everything. Certainly a big wake up call from Florida
It almost killed expo (not really but he was NOT handling it well)
The cold makes me cranky lol , and yes I hate winter!!!
It’s good you didn’t lol
