As for Water Urshifu, when you ult, build your combo with surging strikes before you click your ult once again

How to ballance this: Make it like a Sett from league! Easy to kite, trash against tanks if on dark form, trash against squishies if its water (Sett focusing W or Q with BoRK) Harder to pull it off, specialized

Actually lucario and urshifu have so many similarities .. dark urshifu is actually like power up punch lucario and water urshifu is espeed lucario .. but using urshifu is quite hard but it will be fun if we mastered it

and also when you unite, all your moves get cooldown reduction, so don't use the unite instantly, use your cdr to max
Too bad the unite move doesnt last long enough for you to build a high combo let alone the poor unite damage
