Chris brings such a huge value to us🙏 He's so detailed, sharing the stats(a big thank you Chris for sharing the #'s), absolutely brings us the full picture of what he's done and doing so concise. Thanks for another tremendous podcast, well done👏

Thanks so much Denise! I appreciate the support and am happy to hear you enjoyed this. (I often question if I’m doing the viewership justice as I sometimes get lost in the one-to-one, more intimate conversation w the host). Much love 🙏❤️

Self belief, and using the MMA example was spot on and very true as a young person. Heard Chael and Teddy Atlas talk about this.

It’s called the Dunning-Kruger effect. You lack the knowledge required to know that you are not as good as you think you are. Then comes the phase when you open pandora’s box and come to the realization of how much there is that you don’t know. This can absolutely result in a drop in confidence and thus performance. True expertise comes if you persevere and keep pushing through this.

We look best in the sun. Stage lighting should be the "daylight" variety in order to mimic the sun

I've been dieting down to a lean point and I can +1 to waking up to pee.
    Also cramps in certain positions.
I found having a time where I stop drinking and using carb sources with less water at night really helped with the peeing so far.
Maybe it has something to do with less glycogen to hold water?
I think I remember when I got reallly heavy I pee a lot more as well.
I've had a couple of binge moments and I notice those days I don't pee as much and dont wake to pee,

Oh, very likely. There's a saying of "water follows"

Carbs, fiber, and salt hold water. I'm having the same issue. I go to bed looking fat but it's just some normal over spilling from a caloric surplus. We pee once at night, no big deal. Wake up, pee, poo, and we look great right? Try potassium from bulk supplements (cheap and good quality) and magnesium combo for cramping

1:00:15 Fat turns into carbon dioxide and water when you oxidize it. 10kg of fat will turn into about 1.6kg of water. Most likely you’re losing way more fat than the net weight you end up having lost, fluctuating between feeding and fasting. Additionally, I suspect lot of the fat loss happens during the night when you’re fasting. Maybe it can explain the excessive peeing. Or not. In any case I know I’m losing fat properly whenever my peeing frequency goes up.
