- Force-sensitives are usually portrayed as unstoppable opponents, with even the most skilled bounty hunters being no match for even an averagely powerful Jedi. However, this bounty hunter really is an exception to the rule and was practically unkillable. An ally of the sith for thousands of years, this bounty hunter was one of the most proficient Jedi killers in Galactic history. Durge was a member of the species known as the Gen’dai and was born around 2000 years before the events of the clone wars. These creatures did not share the same biology that other species in the galaxy possessed and were made up of a large mass of nerve bundles and muscle fibres. The only real distinctive feature that these creatures had was a large mouth full of razor-like teeth and small yellow and red eyes. The Gen’dai possessed supernatural reflexes as well as regeneration and were able to heal any part of their body, the only real exception being the brain. To give themselves a humanoid form, the gen’dai encased their revolting bodies within suits of armour, often doubling up as added protection. Due to their bizare biology, these beings could often live for thousands of years with the only way of truely killing them being through complete incineration or by severely damaging the brain.
Fortunately for the galaxy, the Gen’dai were few in number and lived peaceful existences believing in the philosophy of perfection of permanence. This belief effectively meant that taking an active role in anything was actually detrimental and that all change was an illusion. This meant that the majority of Gen’dai were extremely isolationist with only a few taking an active role in the galaxy. Unfortunately, due to the species regenerative capabilities, the Gen’dai had a tendency to go mad in their old age, especially if a large amount of damage had been done to their brains. This meant that the Gen’dai had a bad reputation within the galaxy, as the few gen’dai that did make contact with other species were often crazy and violent.
However, Durge was always different to the other members of his species. Not only was he amongst the strongest of his species, he displayed violent tendencies from a young age, leaving the rest of peaceful Gen’dai to explore the Galaxy. He would one day experience a bounty hunter in action, filling him with a lust for killing.
He soon met a Mandalorian training master known as Jaing who would teach him the ancient arts of Mandalorian combat and the pair would amass a small fortune as bounty hunters.
Some time later, Durge and Jaing were approached by a cyberneticist who offered to upgrade their bodies through the use of cutting edge armour. Cybernetics were not as prevalent at this point in Galactic history and the pair feared that if they did not take up the offer they could be easily defeated in combat. Although the scientist encountered some setbacks due to durges advanced regenerative abilities, he was eventually able to merge Durges battle armour to his body.
After this transformation, Durge was arguably one of the most dangerous non-force sensitives in the galaxy. His armour's computer system worked in tandem with his neural network, allowing for increased balance and agility and impeccable aim. The suit was also equipped with a myriad of different gadgets, including machine gun gauntlets, dart launchers, a flame thrower and a lightsaber resistant energy shield.

@@monke1919 I think that was just in the legends material; but in canon, he appeared in some of the recent comics that take place in the OT era.
@@monke1919 if you watch after obi wan blows him up in clone wars, some of the muscles slither away towards the camera, leaving it open for Durge to survive

My ideal lightsaber would be a sith Saber with a smaller handle with unique Zeffo type of designs on it, it would be a bronze color with white around it, the blade color would be red but it would have a short blade on the other side that is orange, (to represent energy and fire(it could also be black, to show darkness, hate, emptiness and aggression)). There would be handle guards around the emitter.
The design fits my personality, (not the colors seeing as I'm not a heartless killer) but because it kinda just feels right to me. Almost like a kyber

Unstoppable. Would surely take over the universe for thousands of years with no one able to even come close to challenging him. I'm not sure how long Durge could actually live, but however long that is, is how long he would rule. Only a being like Darth Nihilus would have any effect, by at least being able to drain his force. But then he would STILL be a force to be reckoned with lmao

@@Xeorboom Maybe 🤔 but Durge bested Kit Fisto AND *PLO KOON* at the same time. I don't think there's any chance Cad will hang with Durge. Plo Koon was the only Jedi Master known to have bested Yoda in a sparring match. And he clearly was no match for Durge even with Kit Fisto. So unless you think Cad Bane is above Kit Fisto and Plo Koon, you should see that he wouldn't stand a chance

@@Xeorboom Durge would win with no weapon. He could just stretch his tentacle arm out and kill Cad from a distance. Same thing he did to Plo Koon and Kit Fisto. Except the Jedi's were able to cut the tentacles with their lightsabers to free themselves and barely escape. Cad doesn't use a lightsaber
Here is a problem I see with George his death his death was rough kind in the war of the bounty hunters comic series I’m watching Dr.afro and one of her associates before they made their way to the gathering where Keira will try to auction Han Solo‘s face and body and where Darth Vader would confront an attempt to kill Keira and Han Solo in order to get to Luke Skywalker

I feel like as one of the few main black characters in stars it always gave me someone I could see myself in when I was younger look up to. he is portrayed as powerful, intelligent and has a dark side that that he controls with discipline. #giveaway #myfirstsaber #macewindu
