I only now realised that Kafka would work so well for remembrance cuz the frozen effect I forgot what called does so much DoT upon ending
Its not DoT its just a cc effect, though it still works with Kafka since more time for safe shenanigans.
Frozen is a CC and would hurt kafka more then it would help unless you are running crit kafka
