Well someone recommended me this video, and today i made karrak chai exactly the same way as shown/ briefed. The best part was proportion of Cheeni and patti. The time duration was excellent. The only issue was the quantity of water, it should be reduced and quantity of milk should be increased. If you don't add elachi in the same method you'll come to know k doodh kisi ne bss dekhaya ha chai ko. Mre ghar ka doodh ha so i am sure about the quality of milk I've used. Thank you
