I think the 3 tag means that he has to go through 3 foxes to win the tournament: Mew2king, Plup, and Mango. If he did beat M2K here, he would probably change his tag to 2 in his match with Plup. This is just a guess, though.

Ok, get your downvotes out, it's unpopular opinion time: maybe we should just...respect both players? Like them or not, they've both added a lot to the Smash community, and to the game itself.
Yes, there are annoying things they do (ahem...ledge camping.) No, they don't deserve to get hate for it, just like Ices don't deserve hate for wobbling. For the record, I hate wobbling; but I'm a big boy now, and I don't hate people for how they play Smash.
We're playing a game from our childhood. Let's keep the community competitive, but let's not take it so seriously that we take the fun out of it. Just my 2 cents.

I bet Hungrybox get most triggered when losing to Mew2King. HBox loses to Mew2King's Fox when he doesn't play Fox all bracket and it's his 3rd best character.
Probably not since everyone knows that m2k chooses characters mostly off of matchups, and he's always picked fox against Hbox. M2k was also a fox main before he picked up sheik and marth. Hbox also made Armada pick up fox cuz he couldn't beat puff with peach so the specific character choice probably doesn't bother him
i saw m2k there at the venue. he was practicing the puff matchup all night and i think it paid off

Zelan Sexton it's a meme at this point. They are 6-7 this year. considering this by far the most played mu between two top6 players by far being effectively even means he's made huge strides since 16 and especially 2015
ST 2014 was really the year m2k started gaining any semblance of belief that he could consistently beat/compete against hbox...he would even go on to win 3 sets in a Row between RoM 6?, a Pats House tournament...but it all started with his huge Big House win over PPMD and HBOX. Prior to that m2k would get Stomped on by Hbox using both Fox n Marth. Hence the puff dittos he used to opt for. I believe he only beat Hbox a collective 4 or 5 times prior to that year (2014) going all the way back to 2009.
strawhats100 yup and most of them were the first year when hbox started playing m2k LMAO. 2015 was a wash compared to 2014 when it was actually closer (granted 2015 m2k looked on the verge on retirement but it was still like 1-9 or some shit lmao). 2016 was an improvement and now 2017 it's effectively a toss up between them.

Red Blaze X yeah I'd be mad but to be honest this is the one hand warmer I wouldn't get too mad for over m2k. He likely will play this character ONCE in bracket and it's one of if not the most technically demanding characters in the game, making sure it's warm since he's just whipping it out for likely one person isn't unreasonable imo. M2k rarely does 3 handwarmers a set otherwise I'd be fucking mad too LOL.

Yui's Ego only the top6 foxes are beating him now. It's not like he's losing to scrubs. I mean I'm not an hbox fan and not really even a hater but if he's only losing to top6 players (who are all comparable to him in skill) these last few tournies he's doing fine. It's just his standards are so insanely high that this is poor for him lol. he's now no3 in the world and it could be argued he's a closer toss up with m2k who's clearly at worst 4th.

I'd also like to say I feel like the ledge isn't a good strategy (kind of like how evo 2015 turned out) he had really good results with it for one tourney but since then it's been going downhill. Hbox is still at worst 4th in the world and is only losing to top6 players who are all very comparable in skill to eachother. He should try labbing some other non-ledge play strategies imo. I'm not particularly a fan of hbox but I don't blindly hate him for his character either.
Hey thank you for sportsmanship! I think it's a little lacking in the community. But yeah I agree, I don't see what it affords him, as 9/10 times I've seen the guy get killed while trying to get back on stage after ledge camping. Plus people are hella adapting and catching him on the ledge. That being said HBox had a lot of critical failures during that quite literally cost him the set.

1.He allready use a lame char and then also use lame tatics like camping and time out. I can understand using those tactics against players that are better then you. But it´s to lame to use it agaist lower rank players.
2. He makes everyone plays Fox and fucks up the whole meta.
