There's a waterfall up the road at the end of the film and another monastery there. Worth a visit! Thanks for the film, it looked lovely!

Just a correction about mosques in Lapta George, there are 3 of them in total at Lapta. There is one recently built near the Baspinar area.☪🙏

I just watched. You missed an other church right there in corner when you turn for Huzur Eve (old home).
I think there is 8 church in lapta. Next time go to cameliot beach in lapta you will find 8 of the church just in lapta.

I think there was some European money to upkeep and restore some of the churches and monasteries. Around 10 years ago work was done in Kondea ( Turkmenkoy) church
Yes there are grants for all sorts of things.
I took my husband to see his high school in Famagusta today. He had a stroke 8 years ago. It's too late now he is just not interested. He can only think about the pain he is in. I have seen wonderful videos of the orange festival and today the front of the school is kept quite nice with flower beds and a Cafe but they only accept debit cards to pay. No cash. I was able to show some Turkish students the video of the orange festival.

The waters sports are waiting for new licences to come through, we will get there as soon as they open.
