I made them and they are the most comfortable pair❣I was so excited when I finished the first that I stayed up late to finish the pair. I use a size 6 US, USED Red Heart used 2 strands. Simply added 1 row to foot part and 1 row to ankle part and O.M.G. Perfect for rheumatic and lupus feet. Have to make these for mom 2 time cancer survivor with neuropathy in feet for chemo and radiation. Thank you! Oh, just speak a bit louder "Crochet Whisperer"😘
I made these and they turned out great. One thing I would say is I made them a taaad small (mainly in the instep.) I am a US size 8 and I would say to do 11 or 12 stitches in the beginning rather than 10

By the way, my son doesn’t like the square heel so I simply decreased a stitch on both sides for a few rows just before the heel was finished and it rounded it off perfectly. You’re so adorable. I love the way you are giggling at the end. You are such a joy to listen to.

would i be able to use a medium size yarn (caron cake) or is that too skinny, and how many stiches more/less would I have to put for a 7.1oz or a 9.8oz? (caron cake vs caron chunky cake), because I want a size 9 slipper?
For big sizes start with 12 in the MG ....then double it in the second round ......then for the yarn it may be to skinny not sure never tried this yarn for the slippets sorry ..... double it .....these sleppers look great when they chunky or bulky ...I hope it helped a bit.x stay safe x

I followed the instructions are clear! The size was what I was not clear on! Thus , even after starting with 12 single crochet instead of 10 it still turned out narrow! Was she speaking of US women sizes? If so I will try to do 14 sc to start because I wear a size 10 in US women’s shoes!

Hi no you will increase in second round when you place 2 inneach stitch and then you will work 1 stitch in every stitch and you will work untill you get to the front of your ankle
3,5 yarn is very thin for the slipper maybe you should use thicker or double your yarn .........because if you use thin yarn then you will have to start with more stitches x
For sizes in Uk 34- start with 9 in Mg 38 -10or 11 in Mg and for bigger sizes like 39-40 start with 11-12 in Mg ....and if you not sure eays do first 2 rounds and yry it on and if it cover your 4 toes then you are great to go😊

Unique stitch designs thank you so much for replying. I am using yarnspirations Caron simply soft. It calls for a 5 mm hook, but I like using a 4mm hook

would i be able to use a medium size yarn (caron cake) or is that too skinny, and how many stiches more/less would I have to put for a 7.1oz or a 9.8oz? (caron cake vs caron chunky cake), because I want a size 9 slipper?
For big sizes start with 12 in the MG ....then double it in the second round ......then for the yarn it may be to skinny not sure never tried this yarn for the slippets sorry ..... double it .....these sleppers look great when they chunky or bulky ...I hope it helped a bit.x stay safe x

HI YOU CAN MAKE THESE SLIPPERS IN ANY SIZE YOU LIKE.SIMPLY JUST FOLLOW THE VIDEO FOR HELP.
I followed the instructions are clear! The size was what I was not clear on! Thus , even after starting with 12 single crochet instead of 10 it still turned out narrow! Was she speaking of US women sizes? If so I will try to do 14 sc to start because I wear a size 10 in US women’s shoes!

Hello ,please check my playlist for smaller slippers .For yhis pattern I would go for 7 ,but you can work first 2 or 3 rounds and if the cup.fits first 4 toes then you good to continue😊

For sizes 3-5 do 10 single crochet inside loop..
For sizes 6-8 do 12 single crochet inside the loop..

Also i use a type of yarn where i use size 3,5 on the hook. I want to make 3 type of sizes one 34, one 38 and one 39-40, sorry i don't know the us size for it. But in age its one 10year old, one 12year old and one adult woman
Hi no you will increase in second round when you place 2 inneach stitch and then you will work 1 stitch in every stitch and you will work untill you get to the front of your ankle
3,5 yarn is very thin for the slipper maybe you should use thicker or double your yarn .........because if you use thin yarn then you will have to start with more stitches x
For sizes in Uk 34- start with 9 in Mg 38 -10or 11 in Mg and for bigger sizes like 39-40 start with 11-12 in Mg ....and if you not sure eays do first 2 rounds and yry it on and if it cover your 4 toes then you are great to go😊

No 100% sure as I don't know this yarn ....but I would go with 7 in MG and then double in second round as my son is 10 and I done the slippers for him and I started with 8 try it ...and let me know sorry I am not a big help need to do a tutorials for kids as well .....but with a bit busy these days:) thank you for your comment stay safe x
I WAS THINKING IF YOU TRY 7 into the ring then dounble it try to cover first 4 toes and if its covered well then you will be good to go
