1. Disconnect the lower radiator hose and drain coolant 2. disconnect top radiator hose and small over flow hose 3. If automatic, remove both transmission fluid lines 4. Remove connect for radiator temp sensor connector. 5. Remove radiator top mount and fan shroud pins 6. Remove radiator 7. Using a 32mm wrench and large flat head screwdriver, remove fan clutch with fan blades still attached. (counter clock wise). 8. Lift fan shroud and fan blade/fan clutch out of vehicle. 9. Replace defective fan clutch and re-install all parts. 10. Refill coolant, set heater to max temp, start engine and bleed air out of cooling system.
sorry for the late response, ive been really busy lately. you have to remove the radiator first, if the radiator has the plastic cover around it remove it after the radiator. remove any water hoses that might be a bother. after all of that is removed you should have enough space to a small allen ranch. its quite a struggle but it works...hope i was a help
