      McDonald's has become one the flagships for the vulgar end of American culture. Considering how wonderful Armenian cuisine is, it would certainly be a big step down

      None, I did meet one in Georgia that spent 5 months in Armenia, because he loved the place, but I did not meet any in Armenia

    Hey Justin, if you want a market in the suburbs, you definitely need to check out the market in Nor Nork (Masiv) district. Not sure if they'll offer degustation there but go have a look at it.

    Dear Justin I believe you have missed the tasting of basturma (of beef meat), sujugh (not the sweet one) and file (филе). But you have already tried some sweets the people offered you, maybe not the way that georgian people did, but we did as well. And hope you liked them.

      Yes it was, Cooked foods in Armenia are really good value, but shopping in stores I will have to wait and see for my cost of livinjg video in Armenia

      @@J.E.E thank you for replying back, I really appreciate your knowledge and view of looking at life, I too enjoy many of the things you do and definitely plan on one day following your footsteps to some of the places you visited, I speak a few languages, so I’m sure it will come in handy once I visit Georgia 🇬🇪 or Armenia 🇦🇲, those two are mainly the first places I would like to go. I know Europe would be awesome but it will also be much much more expensive and I just think I will have better value for spending my money in a country somewhere in the Caucuses.

    I'm a vegan and visited Armenia twice (February and July 2015) and loved it. So, fellow vegan/vegetarians don't be afraid of visiting Armenia. You won't starve!

    it is rude to ask for a taste, and then get "mad" that they didn't offer you to taste their food.
    I am pretty sure you wouldn't ask for a taste in Britain...
    Not every food you see you can taste before you buy, it is pain to organize such things to every arrogant hungry tourist...

    So, let be begin by thanking you for this video. However, I have an issue with you commenting over and over how you didn't get a tasting from the two men. What about the fact that you stuffed your face with half a kilo of dried stuffed fruit when you first entered the GUM market?
    I've traveled many countries and been to Armenia 3 times. Most hospitable country in the world! Stop comparing Georgia to Armenia. I've been there and I could say the people were most inhospitable and ignorant, but I won't! Get it together, man!!

      Yes, the products he was selling had arabic letters on it. Only Syrians sell such products in Armenia. Armenians are the most hospitable people. They gave him so much to taste yet he complains 😅

    Man, appreciate your coverage of Yerevan. But you should not film in metro. Metro is a strategic place, it's a matter of security. You should not film inside, unless you have a permission.
