ఎసిడిటి అంటే ఏమి ?
ఇదివరకు ఏం తిన్నా అరిగుంచుకునే వాళ్లం".." ప్రస్తుతం పరిస్థితి అలా లేదు". " ఏ ఆహారం తీసుకోవాలంటే భయమేస్తుందని" చెప్పే వారి సంఖ్య నానాటికి అధికమవుతోంది. ఏదైనా ఆహారం తీసుకోగానే తేన్పులు, చిరాకు, గుండెలో మంట వంటివి వస్తే.. ఈ పరిస్థితినే అసిడిటీ అంటారు .ఎసిడిటీ అనేది జబ్బు కాదు. జీర్ణ వ్యవస్థ సరిగా లేకపోతే కడుపులో మంట అన్పిస్తుంది. పొట్టలో ఆమ్లాలు ఉత్పన్నమవుతాయి. రక్తంలో ఆమ్ల, క్షార సమతుల్యత సమపాళ్లలో ఉంటే ఈ సమస్య రాదు.
ఎలా వస్తుంది ?
సాధారణంగా మనం తినే ఆహారంవలన, మన జీవన గమనం వలన ఎసిటిడీ వచ్చే వీలుంది. జిహ్వ చాపల్యం అధికంగా వుండేవారికి ఇది దగ్గరి చుట్టం. దొరికింది కదాని.. ఎక్కడపడితే అక్కడ.. ఏది పడితే అది తినేవారికి ఎసిడిటీ సమస్య అందుబాటులో ఉంటుంది.
లక్షణాలు ?
ఎసిడిటీ వున్నవారికి చాతీలోను, గొంతులోను, గుండెల్లోనూ, జీర్ణాశయంలోనూ మంటగా వుంటుంది. పుల్లటి తేపులతో ఆహారం నోటిలోకి వచ్చినట్లుంది. కడుపు ఉబ్బరించి వాంతి వచ్చినట్లుంటుంది. మలబద్ధకం, అజీర్ణం పెరిగి ఆకలి మందగిస్తుంది.

Sir, I am 65 years, male. I have been using pentoprazole 40 mg daily since 15 years. At times I tried to discontinue the use. But if I stop it, within the second or third day I get the problem of acid reflux in the throat especially at night, and I get severe (unbearable) burning sensation in the throat. As long as I continue to use the medicine, I don't get the acid reflux (GERD) problem. In addition to the above medicine I also use telmisartan 40 mg and neurobion forte daily at bedtime. Sir..Namaste. My wife is regularly using Rabaprazole 40mg since 2018. Initially Dr prescribed for few months. After that whenever she feels gas problem we used to continue the same drug. When the problem is even severe we used to consult our physician. He prescribed Esoprazol 40 mg.. we are using the same drug till today. Since one month she is suffering from severe loose mostions (daily 20- 25 times). Last night we again went to tha same Dr. He didn't change the Esoprazol, but gave andiol Twice daily. Eventhough her problem didn't solved. Please we do hope you guide us properly.
Instead of using medicines, soak a teaspoon of saunf in a glass of water, overnight, and in the morning, filter and drink the water. Acidity should disappear in a couple of days. After that you can do this one a week or once a month, as preventive care, as needed.
