Well, when Millie was going berserk in the office, when she was talking to Moxxie she slightly calmed down, so there is one thing that can stop her, at least for a bit.

I'd like to see more of this angry vicious murder ball to learn more about her and why she's with Moxxie, or how she deals with all this rage in his absence, or that stuff in unhappy campers about she's feeling underappreciated? All that stuff feels like it'd make for some good episodes, that last one could also fit with a Loona duo episode and what's more, Millie kinda hates Loona, so there's potential for both of them to show off some more in an episode like that.

It's true that in some episodes she gets nerfed (getting knocked out by a bottle, her arm broken, ect.) But I think a detail these people overlook is that her badassery usually occurs during a blood rage. The only time I saw her lose a fight during one was against Striker, who was a highly skilled assassin with the ability to kill higher ranked, powerful demons. And she lost AFTER inflicting multiple stab wounds to where he had to completely focus on putting her down.
2:14 - 4:01 So Millie gets knocked out by a BOTTLE (Season 1, Episode 1), got her arm BROKEN by hitting wall (Season 1, Episode 5) but somehow she manages to take down an ENTIRE gang of weaponized shark goons without a single scratch. Well, Blitz helped her a little during the last one.
