Agree completely with 2Much2lose…oven temp off and no information to recalibrate $1000 range. Wish I had kept the old one!

Well I dont have a setting button soooo
So now I have to spend all day making cookie biscuits to calibrate my brand new oven that bakes worse than the 10 year old LG I tossed into my shed because I thought I was upgrading?

I need an owners manual for my gas range. I do not know how to use the convection oven or the air fryer. this ideo did not help me at alll. I have a free standing gas range.
