Nothing. There is nothing to do in Windsor. I grew up there, for a teenager or young adult you have… a bowling alley, hiking, and restaurants. For a kid you have a couple small playgrounds. You live there, go to school, and go to Santa Rosa for absolutely everything else.
I love that there’s nothing, I can travel to do things. Theres Santa Rosa, the bay area isn’t too far off and accessible by train and bus. I lived in Windsor from 1998-2003 and only came back to visit this year, I was pleased to see not much has changed. Everyone is so friendly, and it’s so green and quiet. I’m 32 and saving hard so I can have the privilege to hang my hat in Windsor once again!
@@449JaneDrive Hey Jane. I know Windsor's home prices really went up...of course it is great that prices have appreciated so much, but it's so hard for our first time home buyers to get in :-(
@@NadiaAlrawiSonomaCountyLiving I know, prices have gone up everywhere in California, but where there’s a will, there’s a way. Btw fun fact, my user name is actually the address of the first home we lived in in Windsor back in ‘98, right next to Brooks Elementary. That little town left that much of an impression on me. I swear I will return someday…
