Right now I am sitting in my cold garage in the middle of Germany and watch a guy thousand kilometers away doing stuff which I was planning on doing today.
Btw. saw in one of you videos the blue engelbert and strauss trousers. They make great working clothes and you can find them literally on every building site in Austria and Germany.
I’d love a new chain guide, just took mine off today when I was replacing chain and sprockets thing is pretty beat up haven’t ordered one yet would love that axp one!
I have a 2008 yz 250 and my chain guide is past the plastic down to the metal, I’d love a new one! Also! I just did the hagiang loop on motorcycles in vietnam about a month ago now, your going to LOVE IT! Get a good rain jacket though, because when it rains you get saturated because it’s so warm there. Can’t wait to see the footage!
I have an 08 yz set up for woods I still need a 18 inch wheel and some small parts tonmake it legit. Dry blasting and wet blast cabinets are the best to have in your shop. You can do practically everything you need to do and save $$$
That's rad! Yeah, the blast setup is really one of the final items I need to do everything DIY! A wet blast set up would be incredible too, although I don't know if I'll be able to swing it in this garage with the space limitations. One thing at a time!
One of my old coworkers welded it up for me. If I were to do it again, I'd alter dimensions a bit. It's important for me to fit both rims and tires from 18-21"
He’ll yeah! That was me last year getting setup to blast and powder coat. I’ve been enjoying the videos. I’ve always wanted a yz!! What do I have to do to enter?
@@KincadePavich I haven’t done anything since that build. It was an rm65 basket case. I would’ve entered broke to built if I had more video. Same time you were doing the rm. Itching for my next project. Maybe a jet ski.. and more dirtbikes. Looking forward to more snowmobile content and the yz300!
Hey Kincade just came across your channel im definitely liking it a lot and will be subscribing was wondering if you could help me with some of your expertise on bikes. I have a 1999 kx250 that’s I’m trying to restore the bike had been rebuilt and I’m doing a restyle kit and getting a new clutch but I noticed the bike is pretty stiff on turns and hard to turn what parts do I need to change or look at for that sort of thing ?
Good to hear! You need to check the steering bearings as well as the torque of the top triple clamp nut and the 2nd triple clamp nut. Being too tight could cause those issues as well. Good luck!
@@KincadePavich the degreaser causes really bad corrosion, read the container. Almost every degreaser I have found says NOT FOR USE KN SOFT METALS OR ALUMINUM. You haven’t noticed white spots yet? I use it all the time myself, I soak in degreaser for 20-30 mins while I’m scrubbing than right away take to a sink and scrub with very hot water till every little bit of degreaser is gone

You and me both man
Glad you're enjoying the content all the way from Germany!
Fühl ich zu sehr
I'm 15 and just worked all summer to buy myself a new 2023 yz250fx and that chain guide looks pretty dang sweet, love you videos man!

You should look into vaper honing!! You can convert the blast cabinet pretty easy and relatively cheap... Way cleaner than blasting!!!
I need to blast with 100 grit aluminum oxide in order to Cerakote. Would love to get into vapor blasting as well - one thing at a time right now!

Bought a 2021 yz250 late last year and been riding it as much as possible while upgrading it to my liking. That chain guide would be stellar!

@@KincadePavich I understand what you mean by limited space
I’ve got a 22 yz250x, I don’t need a new chain guide but that one would look pretty sweet on my bike

KP,
I need to build a rack to hold my dirt bike tires/rims. I see you have one hung up high on the wall. Did you make it? Any videos of that?
Thanks!

Got a 2018 wr250f and I’m going over it this winter so an axp chain guide would be sweet, it would also match my axp skid plate 😉
Got a yz450f keep up the good videos
I could use that chain guide on my WR, and im just down in big sky. fingers crossed
Ahh winner was already selected! Rad you're in Big Sky though!
4:50 I have a similar form
Love to hear it
i drive a 2015 Yamaha YZ125, and would love an upgrade 😅
That blaster cabinet will need a compressor specs with 14cfm at 90psi.
HF states it needs 9cfm at 90psi; where'd you get 14?
@@KincadePavich those are the specs from my blaster.
Yesss bro love to see this for you been watching all your vids lately
Love to hear it!
I got a yz450f and would love to have a new chain guide for it! Also keep up the good content!
Thanks so much! The winner of the chain guide was already selected, but glad you're enjoying the videos!

Great progress on the parts. I need to find a deal on a compressor as well.
Thanks! Yeah I've literally been searching facebook and craigslist religiously every day for about a month.
Got a 2021 yz125 my chain guide snapped earlier today so could do with winning this
Hey man! Message me on instagram @kincadepavich or shoot me an email kincadep@gmail.com! I'd love to see a picture of that busted chain guide 😮
Love the videos hope I win the chain guide

Bummer that that belt hanging on the wall behind the sand blaster won’t be there for long 😊
Bet
Hell yeah
I've considered renting a sunbelt gas compressor because I don't have three phase in my garage
I don't have 3 phase either - most of the compressors I've looked at do not require 3 phase power.
Did be careful soaking aluminum in that degreaser because it will ruin the aluminum
What will happen? I have soaked parts in this quite a bit in the past and never noticed any problems.

Thank you! I'm 26

I was looking at buying a billet chain guide for my 07 yz125 but that AXP guide looks nice
