    Kevin, u r so underrated but the real fact is tt u r so informative and entertaining at the same time, with a sense of humour albeit in an awkward way, but still I learn a lot in the most casual way. Hope more people will watch and follow u and subscribe. Pls keep on posting quality content as always, :)

    Work in Singapore live in Johor & get yourself a Proton saga! Lol. ac running all day everyday will only cost $400 ringgit a month thats only $100. Singapore money, there's no reason for you to live in Singapore. Car insurance 1 year also $400. Ringgit. Malaysia is a beautiful country. I'm from Canada & I can tell you Singapore is almost dollar to dollar with Cnd. Make money in Singapore & invest in real estate property in KL or Johor. You will become very rich!

      There's a huge opportunity cost by living in johor. Traveling time easily 3 hours to and back, with that 3 hours x 5 times a week, one can easily make a youtube video :D

    Hey Kelvin. Two questions:
    1. Are there any telegram/discord group for locals interested in investing/personal finance.
    2. Did you see the news about Resolute taking majority ownership in ARK? Is that going to influence your holding w ARK Going forward?

    • @KelvinLearnsInvesting
      @KelvinLearnsInvesting  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      1. Seedly has a list of group for investing, check this out: blog.seedly.sg/telegram-channels-that-every-millennials-singapore-must-have/
      I'm also planning to make a discord group very soon, do stay tune.
      2. I doubt resolute would do anything to piss off cathie wood, because she's the main reason why ark is good. I'm quite sure resolute and cathie would come to an agreement which benefits everyone. So.. I'm going to continue buying ark

    • @KelvinLearnsInvesting
      @KelvinLearnsInvesting  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Haha, to be honest there's nothing good to talk about it. The rewards are really bad and limited. The UOB One card is a much better choice, when spent at Grab, the cashback can be up to 10%, when not spent at Grab, the cashback will be up to 5%

    Hey Kelvin, Im glad I randomly found your channel . I am in the US. I jknow nothing about programming. If I want to get into programming in Southern California what do you recommend I learn first? Should I pay for a course or start with free training?I just subbed your channel! Thanks!

      Programming has many types, like do u prefer backend programming, or app, or games, or web? I learnt many of the language through youtube or just google, so you don't actually have to pay to learn. But if u pay, make sure that there's someone who can answer your questions

    It's not about making more money it's about saving your money that's how you get rich, stop having bad spending habits buying everything they see brand name brand new cellphone creating monthly credit card debt, stop!. Work save your money, and there's no reason to stay in Singapore LOL take your Singapore dollars buy real estate in Malaysia. I research reit, are you investing using a tfsa account or through a business? What I see individual investors pay more tax?
