I say do a cammed 5.3. Also add an x pipe and put some black widow mufflers on it. Someone will love that thing! Like you said, save the 6.0 for something that HAS to have a 6.0!
I put a junkyard 6.0 with a 4L60E in my falcon as well. It was cheap, what I wanted was a Dart SHP SBF, but because everything had gotten so expensive the past for years, the LS was the answer.
My man 5.3 cammed the same one you put in the white Monte Carlo SS you just completed that comment where the guy told you to get the black widow mufflers with the X pipe He was on point grab the neighbor haters made by black widow by the way thank you for your informative videos you help a lot of people one of the things I like about you and your video you always open to learning you’re not closed off That’s one to way to stay sharp.
You'll need the cheap front sump pan, and the best fit will be later model s10 swap manifolds (hooker blackheart with the anglefarther out the back). Don't forget the borgeson kit for the LS power steering pump to reduce pressure accordingly. I'm doing a 72 Mach 1 swap 😮
I feel conflicted about this because it's a nice unit. A 351 Cleveland is meant to be there. Having said that, a mildly built LS3 will do 500 hp with a cam and tune or a cammed 6.0 will do the same.
I got 94 chevy truck got a dude want swap me for 64 nova 6 cly runs like a top but stuck on stupid should I trade what you think k.g.c should I but I have 5.3 so either one is getting engine after snow rain leaves keep 💯
@Bazarre27 That definitely won't stop me and because I can't be liable for parts not working correctly since it's separate pieces that go together as an automatic. With an auto, I just bolt on and go.
Don't waste a 6.0 on the Torino. Not much of a market for torinos so i doubt the 6.0 will increase the price much. Put the truck norris or sloppy stage 2 cam in it. For sure not my favorite cams but all the LS world seems to love them and tune files should be easy to find.
I've thought about this many times but, the cuda runs and drives perfectly and I don't want to take the chance of messing that up anytime soon. Not until I at least get the 71 front end put on.

I know. She told me before she told you to tell me. Thanks!

Also do you still have shirts I want to support and order one send me the link and info
Low buck truck cam from Richard holdner in the 5.3 with a trailblazer 2400 stall converter in the Torino. Cam the Gen 3 6.0 for the cuda.

5.3 with low buck truck cam

An LS is meant to go in everything
Price on the 6.0?
4l60 behind stock 6.0 ? Heard they don’t hold up well behind 6.0
@@showtimemyles9643 If you're not doing brake stands at every stop sign and stop light, or towing 15k lbs a day, they survive just fine.
Cammed 5.3 in Torino fix a little then send down the road, save 6.0 for what you really want or nicer car or for customer 🤷🏻♂️

@@emmarichard1230 4 door or 2 door nova?
@krustyclassicsgarage 4 door
@emmarichard1230 depends on what your truck is. That'd be a cool little sleeper but not a car I'd put a lot of money into being a 4 door
@krustyclassicsgarage that's what I want to know thank you
How come you don't do manual transmissions? Cuz you can't get roadie? Couldn't help myself but I'm seriously curious. Love the videos.

cam the 5.3, warranty work = more content 😂😂
@@hackn3y199 nope. Sold as is where is 😆
dollars to cents stock 5.3 less money to do and if you decide to sell it I think would it sell easier
You think it'd sell easier with a stock 5.3?

Cammed 5.3 plz that’s what I have in my 85 Camaro and I need motivation not to change it lol
@jivan1348 Unfortunately. Cammed 6.0 over everything 😆
@ lol I only said that because I want to upgrade to a 6.0 but can’t afford but ig 5.3 will do for me
@ Im just messing with you. I personally would put a 6.0 in everything if I could afford to. But, if its not broke. Don't fix it.
Carb LS
If you’re selling it pull the 4.8 from the Cuda and put in it. Then you’ll have two 6.0s and a 5.3.

@ I understand then I’d go with the 5.3 stock. Richard Holdener sales a good cam the Low Buck truck cam and the plus cam, prices really nice.
nope, and nope....
