First saw an ad for APOL on Instagram. Found this video while doing research about how good the chair is and got more interested. Went to the showroom to try out the chair for myself and loved it. All of the staff members were super welcoming and friendly and I even got to meet and chat with Jason (the founder) himself. Super passionate guy. Set aside enough money to buy it via installments. My Behemoth finally arrived last week and its one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever sat on. Thanks JP for this wonderful video!

Honestly my best recommendation I could give is to try them out for yourself as much as possible.. although with the current situation that might not be possible... but I personally really like the APOL chairs.. not just the chair but with the way the company runs their business... that's not to say Secret Lab has a bad business.. Hi,asking some other details abt the chair. 1) can the wheels be locked ? 2) and is there a price diff between the different materials but same type of chairs ? And perhaps u can add dimensions next time ? Cause im 1.90 m and knowing the height of the backrest will be really useful. Although these answers can be found in the website or contacting them, watching a review video thats informative is kinda useful as well. Apart from that, cool and chill video with great content. Keep it up !
Hi! 1) no unfortunately you can't lock the wheels... Although I can't think of any gaming chair that has that feature.. 2) yes.. Regardless of materials it's all the same price!
I just bought a Behemoth chair after watching this review. Loving it .... the only hiccup is that the backrest pillow, I received is smaller than the one in the video. I have contacted APOL with regard to this ...

Thanks so much Jordian! Yeap ur right.. I missed our on the recline... My bad. But its find and recline pretty low without losing ur balance! My floors are parquet too 😊. Absolutely no issues with scratches!
When you say the screws were wrong, did you mean that all the screws came were the same size instead of 2 different sizedls like what the booklet says? Cuz if it is then yeah, it's still wrong
It's been awhile since I filmed that review, but if my memory serves me right it wasn't the wrong screws.. Its jus that they looked different from the screws in the assembly guide so I wasn't sure which was which.. Not sure if they fixed that now since it's been ages since.
Sitting cross legged on both is fine... I actually just reviewed the Ergotune Supreme.. You should watch that if you haven't seen it already.. But yeah it really depends on what ur priorities are..
@@jesselorenzmusic I find both of them comfortable in their own way.. I think ultimately the Ergotune wins it in terms of adjustability which relates to how comfortable its going to be for u... Plus the warranty is insane

Thanks for watching! I haven't had the chance to extensively test out the Titan although I've sat on it a few times cos my friend has one.. I would say they're both good quality.. I like the fact that the behemoth has a wider base.. And it would be cheaper to get replacement parts.. The soft fabric that secret lab offers looks the best though.. And it's also pretty comfortable..

How is the seating space as compared to the Kane X? I recall in your review of the Kane X, the seat was long and wide, which might suit my needs as I'm 1.78m
Hi thanks for watching! Well both seats have a different design.... The behemoth and the Kane X are about the same in terms of width.. But the behemoth hugs a little more cos the sides are abit higher whereas the Kane X is pretty much just flat..
Well I would love to.... I've tried for a long time to get a chair in for review but unfortunately I haven't had much success from Secret lab. To be fair, they are world wide now and there are much bigger TH-camrs than me so I'm hardly one to bother about :P
Well if you can't afford a secret lab chair then honestly the APOL chairs are the way to go. You should drop by their showroom and test them out for yourself. As for testing secret lab chairs, I think it's unlikely as they've not been in favour of it despite my multiple attempts to request for one. Maybe one day when my channel gains enough traction they will agree to send one out to me.. Haha.. Either that or my channel becomes big enough to earn money and I could buy one :p

Well according to what I found online the Omega is around 500 now.... For me personally I would pick the Behemoth over the Omega because I found myself having a bit more space in the Behemoth than the Omega.. Although I tried out the Omega months ago so my memory might be a little fuzzy.. But I'm inclined to pick the Behemoth.

Actually... Its great! If that's an issue for u I'd recommend to get the fabric one cos the PU leather one seems to be hotter... And PU leather doesn't do well with heat and humidity... It shortens its lifespan

I would say on price alone the APOL chairs are more competitively priced. And as far as quality is concerned, the behemoth chair is top notch and I couldn't fault it. There's a chance I might be reviewing the APOL kraken too but that hasn't been confirmed yet.

Oh man that's a shame.. Yeah the dark Ash is my personal favourite! Like I mentioned in my review of the other APOL chair.. The Kraken.... PU leather will crack... Its inevitable... The question is how long it will be before it cracks... And I can't really answer that because mine is the fabric version.... But APOL has products that u can use the care and lengthen the lifespan of PU leather chairs.... So hopefully that helps.
Well ur slightly taller than me but weight a lot less.. Haha.. I'm about 112kg. If you like seats that givr u a snug fit then the Kraken is still OK.. But if u like space. Especially if u like to cross ur legs on ur chair or something similar.. Then get the behemoth
Haha... Yeah I felt like it's a 2 person job... And I'd prefer to pay the little bit extra to get them to do it.. Its safer than me potentially damaging it during assembly.

BTW, I really enjoyed ur APOL and Secret Lab reviews at the Fair in 2019!! Very useful to ask your wife to try as well, it helps us to see the chair in perspective from two different body types.

Yeah I agree... We're very lucky in Singapore to be able to choose fromany great gaming chair brands! Hopefully they get big enough that you don't have to wait too long!
Well for secret lab they look very different in terms of design... But in terms of quality I would say its right up there. Unfortunately I haven't had the chance to fully review Royale chairs but I intend to in the near future!
to put it short, if you buy a chair and end up needing to buy an additional accessory be if official or not to make the chair "more comfortable". then the chair itself is already questionable in the first place no matter how you spin it. not sure how others actually got "sold" looking at this video. to me it invalidate the entire review instead

I haven't fully reviews Secret lab chairs but I have friends who have the Omega and the Titan and on really quick testing I would say there's very little between them in terms of quality. However I don't have exact specs on which is bigger or anything like that. I do know the Behemoth fits a big guy lie me beautifully AND its cheaper

Well PU leather cracking is inevitable regardless of brand.... And regardless of which brand... Both the chairs I have are fabric not PU leather so I can't really vouch

Well PU leather cracking is inevitable regardless of brand.... And regardless of which brand... Both the chairs I have are fabric not PU leather so I can't really vouch
