Hello bro I have the same problem on my Duke 200 and KTM service centre charging me 5000 for the new one i don't find any machanic for this problem so please help me out bro...
If u r from mumbai , you can check kurla cst market
Service centers always have replace policy, insted of repair policy. You should reach out for some professional suspension mechanic.

Not a high quality repair.,paint job is ugly atleast use a decent spray paint..thers's always room 4 improvement
